They often cancel orders with no explanation. I have written to them 3 times about a refund on one order they cancelled and no response.

Ordered bluray in cardboard sleeve as per photos. Received no sleeve and same version which I could get few pounds cheaper elsewhere. Still waiting for response.

Very poor service. Received a damaged item and had zero response in regards to getting a replacement. Avoid.

Online search for a Blu-Ray box set, that had 'sold-out' from another retailer, eventually yielded Planet of Entertainment, who!??

Sheer speed of delivery

If you're lucky enough to just want an in-stock item with no dramas, then you'll probably do well. Any slight deviation that might need interaction with a human then forget it. There is no customer service. Web contact forms go unanswered, emails go unanswered. Clearly they take this as collateral damage by not having to pay a salary for someone to deal with queries.

A great experience for me is a good competitive price, thats exactly what I got and a very fast delivery. As for the dvd boxes it was of Deadwood one of my favourite tv shows, great acting great scripts and a location that is very believable, and it's on blu ray the picture quality is very good better than just normal dvds plus the sound is excellent. What more can I say.

Having ordered from Planet Of Entertainment before, and been pleased, I placed a pre-order for a Blu-ray back in October. I am a really busy person, and completely forgot I had done so until I was in HMV recently and spotted the title on the shelves.

This jogged my memory that I had pre-ordered it with Planet Of Entertainment. Looking at my account, this title - now on general release - is stuck at 'Awaiting Shipment' (I was charged at the time).

I've been trying to reach them (twice via their web form and once via Instagram out of desperation) however...nothing.

Hence, I've paid £15 and not received anything. I am considering my next steps but really, would just like to either receive what I paid for or get a refund - having been in touch with both Paypal and my bank confirming that yes indeed, I was charged.

I hate giving bad reviews but unfortunately that's where I'm at.
