I've been using Planio for a number of years and to be honest they've always been really helpful and responsive to support queries. We now use it as a primary development board and the fact it has a built in help-desk feature is really useful. The new MCP server tool is really, really useful too. Well worth looking into if you're after a system like this.

We have been using Planio for over 17 years now, and we couldn't manage without it. We rely on it for customer support desk communication as well as internal issue tracking to manage our daily work. We’ve even designed a few in-house applications using their backend API, which works brilliantly. Whenever we run into an issue, the support from the team is instant and always helpful!

Planio now supports embedded Mermaid diagrams! Mermaid diagrams are great for visualizing processes and many other things. Planio uses the textile markup language which is text based and AI friendly, so now you can easily create and embed Mermaid diagrams in your pages. I've created process flowcharts and sequence diagrams in seconds by copying existing documentation and asking an AI chatbot to convert into a mermaid diagram. It's awesome!

Planio support always respond quickly and are very helpful, usually resolving any issues or queries we have perfectly. Recently they made a software change to improve our experience within a few days of us reporting the issue.

If there were 10 stars Planio would get them. I can’t praise this service enough, not just the application but the support team behind it. They go that extra mile for their customers.

Last 7 Days I was struggling to get some information before going for the right plan, but sorry to say that no response received, today thanks to Ema Raven for quick reply and payment released immediately. As we grow with the Project we will change the Plan accordingly.

Excellent implementation of redmine + added features. Would recommend to anyone that need a central tool for project management and communication in a distributed team (that's how we use it). The all-in-one solution, whereby one has wiki, issue tracking, repository, blog, schedule etc is really fantastic.

We have looked at several different packages to manage our software development processes. Of all, Planio stood out for a number of reasons. It was one of the most cost-effective packages for us as a small team and delivered many automated processes. After about 3 days of the trial, my developers were hooked and by the end of the 30 day trial we had invested so much time and added so much information to Planio, that it was impossible to undo!
I would like to see slightly more projects available for your subscription fee as even though we have a small team, we wanted to create a project for each of our customers' sub-sites but it would have been prohibitively expensive, so we settled on generic projects for the overall site.

I love Redmine and I use it for my personal project and my company. Planio services avoid all the waste of time about the platform maintenance and let me focus on my projects. The service has no downtime or lags. These guys work very well and the customer service is perfect.
