Good customer service, great ethics, great quality t-shirts. I ordered the wrong size for my partner, returned and reordered when more stock came in. Happy with the product and the service.

Genuinely the only t shirts I will buy now
I find it really hard to find simple t shirts that fit well and aren’t super thin fabric that wears quickly. When I stumbled across plain and simple I took the plunge and ordered their premium weight t shirt and now they’re honestly the only t shirt I buy.
The ethical benefits are great and I love the fact that when the t shirt does eventually wear (I’ve had my current ones for over a year and they’re showing no sign of this!) I can send it back in to be re-made and receive a discount on a new one!
Super impressed and their customer services are really prompt to reply to emails if you ever have any issues!

Nice shirts-see-through
Nice shirts, I wanted to find shirts that aren’t see-through for work, but they’re see-through, which isn’t great so I have to wear two shirts on-top of Eachother, but the material is amazing

I liked the material
I liked the material. I found thedesign a bit boxy and shapeless, and the length of the t shirt was only just long enough. It could have done withan extra half an inch, maybe even an inch. Which is a shame, because the company sound great, and , like isaid the material is great.

The sizes seem generous, so t shirts seem a bit baggy and shapeless... not really a complaint as I have bought other brand "tailored" cut t shirts before but material was so thin ; neck so limp that they were an embarrassment to wear.

Great quality and fit! Amazing customer service!
Great quality and fit and due to the Royal Mail strike I was sent a replacement with special delivery as the original parcel seemed to be lost. I ended up with 4 t-shirts and they were happy for me to keep them. Clearly, a company that is customer driven and with strong customer service. Will buy it again (white this time :) ).
