Great course, great teaching methods.
I have been a long time follower of Philipp's work. I follow him on YouTube and already purchased 2 of his courses. Great content, love his methodology. I learn a lot from him. May he keep on the good job for lots of years!!
I missed the answers of the homeworks on the course. Would be great to know if we nailed it, besides that: 10/10.
Philip's way of teaching
Philip's way of teaching is by far the best of simplicity and linking to real case scenarios
Philipp is an international treasure for Android
Philipp is an international treasure for Android developers, i think he's the only one on youtube that has been consistent for a long time in posting about Android, his youtube videos are of high quality and he covers all sides of Android development. His courses are next level, they accelerate your learning journey a lot. His Discord Campus is the top Android dev community i've been into, monthly android coding challenges with figma designs, quizes and much more, and the members of the community are very helpful and engaging and there are some with great experience. Fun fact, i landed a job after getting laid off for 7 months due to the help of the discord campus community.
A good choice for android developers
Have completed a lot of courses from pl-coding and this is my one stop community to learn and grow as an android developer. Would recommend if you want to learn new things and gain skills. I can say I have learnt more in these courses than other courses I have invested in. If you enjoy the youtube tutorials you will definitely like these courses.
A Gold Mine for Android Developers – Phillip’s Content & Community
Phillip’s content is a gold mine for Android developers. His free YouTube videos alone are incredibly valuable, yet he generously shares them at no cost. His paid courses are meticulously crafted with exceptional attention to detail. He’s also built a thriving Discord community, Mobile Dev Campus, where like-minded developers come together to learn, improve, and support one another. The cherry on top? Monthly challenges that keep things engaging and push us to grow, which I absolutely love. Plus, Phillip is always active, responding to questions and offering valuable suggestions whenever we face challenges. Learning something new every day with this community has been an amazing experience!
100 percent yes
Working as a freelancer, it is a challenge to keep up with new developments or find peers for a code review.
In the Mobile Dev Campus I find people with passion and knowledge who are willing to share and help out.
Philipp and his team are always there for you. It is a nice place to meet. We share complex technical issues, but also have a lot of fun.
Mobile Dev Campus is the best decision for beginners
If you're learning on your own, joining to Mobile Dev Campus will be one of the best decisions you can make. Watching tutorials and studying documentation is certainly helpful, but nothing will boost your skills as much as immersing yourself in an environment close to real work and practicing regularly.
In a campus program, you'll get clear tasks, deadlines, professional design mockups, support from a large developer community of various skill levels, and many other benefits.
I’ve also been learning independently for quite a long time, and based on my own experience, I can confidently say that one month of campus training can replace 4–6 months of self-study.
I love Mobile Dev Campus
I love Mobile Dev Campus. It is by far one of the best purchase i have ever made.
I highly recommend for any kotlin developer specially for android developers you get a lot for what you pay I learned a lot from the members and challenges.
Recomendations before buying
I bought the Essentials of Industry-Level Android App Development course, and I can say that it is 100% worth it. The course covers a lot of concepts that are incredibly helpful for gaining knowledge in Android development. The only thing I would point out is that you should already have some background in topics like Room, WorkManager, Retrofit, or Ktor. While these concepts are included in the course, having at least a basic understanding of them beforehand will help you get the most out of it. Other than that, it's an excellent course!
Android mentorship programme
I joined Philipp's mentorship programme because I wanted to improve my knowledge about Android development. The mockups, API documentation and app requirements provided are well written and clear. Code reviews are straight to the point and every single bit is called out that should/could be improved.
After the mentorship I feel like I have a much better understanding of different concepts and in general I just feel more confident about working on things that I have never worked before.
If you are thinking about getting your knowledge to the next level, go for Philipp's courses or mentorship programme!

I am following his tutorials from a very long time. Recently, I purchased a course from PL-Coding and it's definitely worth every penny. I would recommend every beginner to purchase his course if you really want to make it big in your Android career.

Thanks to you and all your team for this amazing and interesting topic, loved the coverage and the explanations
Amazing, extensive course
I took Philipp's "Essentials of Industry-Level Android App Development" course, and I am so pleased with my purchase. Compared to many other courses I've taken, this course was so expansive and thorough, and I learned so much. This particular course has provided me with an excellent template for any future work I do, from how to organize a large multi-module project, to great examples of using flows and composables. I'm so delighted!
I just finished a course of yours for…
I just finished a Kotlin coroutines and flows course and it is an absolute masterpiece and must have for Android developers, especially in the environment where these 2 concepts are most used in the Android asynchronous programming today.
All of your courses are pure gold for native Android developers and I have gained a lot of knowledge, which hopefully can be useful for finding a new job on the market.
Thank you, Philipp, for sharing this knowledge with the community and wish you even more success in the future. We need a strong Android community, especially in today's industry, where for everyone it is a struggle to stay in the game.
Thank you for everything.
Nothing to complain about your courses
I actually gained most of my fundamental knowledge from your YouTube and Premium Courses.
BUT, why truspilot? This is a really bad platform (The lowest plan costs $259! A month!) , i suggest you rather switching to reviews.io or some others and invest your better.
Amazing Course
Amazing Course. This was my first ever course from Philipp and it was exactly what I needed as a beginner in Android Development.
Highly recommended.
Amazing work put in by Philipp 🔥
Great courses.
Philipp is very respectful!
Philipp reviewed all the PRs I created, giving always good suggestions for improvement.
Also, he is very respectful, what helps in your learning process.
Very good course!
Excellent structure and simple explanation
Phillip's teaching is quite understandable and his examples are easy to understand even if the concepts are complex. I like that he leaves some mistakes and solves them at the moment, that feels very organic.
He focuses on good software structure and encourages to go deeper into the learning process not just follow the course examples blindly.
