Excellent Service and always follow up
The service and advice given has always been extremely helpful. I order PPE/Clothing for my team who are different heights and sizes, and none of the orders are straightforward. An example of this, is, I have to ordered for a member of the team who is female and very small in size/height. Natalie always rises to the challenge I set her and has come back with solutions. My experience is that the team are very professional, helpful and always make me feel that my queries are never too much hassle. A big thank you.

Ordered 10 items with you and you sent a email confirmation stating that the item will be with me in 3-5 days. I had to call on day 6 to find out where the order was, only to find out that they could not complete the order so nothing was sent.
Why did not someone inform me immediately once order was processed?
Poor customer service.

Hi Mario, Many thanks for your feedback. Im sorry you feel you have experienced Poor customer service. With regards to the order there was a delay with the items coming in from our supplier, For hygiene reasons we dont keep the food scrapers etc in stock they are ordered in especially.

Needed items asap any other time would have shopped elsewhere.
