I had a mixed experience with PK…
I had a mixed experience with PK Safety. While the delivery of items like safety boots and gloves was prompt and the products were of good quality and well-made, my interaction with customer service was less satisfying. I needed to exchange a pair of boots and found their returns process inconvenient and costly, as I had to cover the return shipping myself. Although ordering online was easy and efficient, the lack of comprehensive customer support is a drawback. The company does offer competitive pricing, but improvements in their customer service would enhance the overall experience.

Poor Customer Service
Very poor customer service, called regarding some safety boots and was greeted on the phone by a woman who just sounded like she could even bothered to deal with me, she couldnt answer my querie so I was told she would ring back never received a phone call. Wouldnt waste your time!
