Les Wilkinson went above and beyond in helping me source some obsoleted parts and worked with his techs to ensure I sourced all required parts to get my customers Fire Truck transmission, back in action! Give that man a raise! He was awesome!

Quick response several times, invoices easily available, friendly staff with lots of knowledge. I did find the NDA freight to be a little steep compared to the norm, but freight is crazy today

I have 5-7 machines at your Olathe, KS location most of the time. Kyla and sometimes Melissa are my point of contacts throughout the work process. From the time I drop off a machine until I get it picked up, these ladies are ROCK STARS! Kyla will quickly send me a quote with a parts list of what's needed, I will order the parts and have them drop shipped to y'all, the parts are installed. If an unexpected problem comes up during final check over, Kyla will let me know with an expected completion date. Throughout the process I will call Kyla or Melissa for updates, as our business demands our fleet be up as quick as possible, and they are always organized with the status of the machine I'm calling about. The shop is now producing good work for us, as this was a problem in years past. The quality is up and the warranty work I lean on them to do, involving JLG a lot of the time, is getting easer.
