Unwanted/Unexpected subscription charges
I only wanted to trial with one image and when they offered $1.74 Us for 7 days i was happy with that. Struggled a bit to get my message across at first but am reasonably happy. This morning to my horror suddenly I have subscribed and they have done another transaction out of my account. Will never go back. When will these companies learn.

Would give no stars if I could
1) charged me for a really expensive subscription when I had only signed up for a 1 dollar free trial, really dodgy
2) when removing background from a picture of my 12 year old and 2 friends, it automatically plumped their lips, thinned their cheeks, made lashes darker, made them look older and more made up. Really inappropriate for a pic of tween girls!
Horrible
And presumably loads of the positive reviews here are written by their own bots....

Set up to take your money.
Pixella software works fine, but you cannot cancel your membership. They advertise $1.49 for the first month, but then they lock you in at $39.95 a month. I tried to cancel twice, and was billed again the very next month. Emailed the address the company said would resolve payment issues in 5 minutes, and received no reply from them. In the end, I had to block payments from Paypal to Pixella to stop.
