I do not have a good experience with Pixelhost.org
Server "times out" and is unresponsive.

Contacted support and did not get a response. Don't even know if they bother to read the support tickets.

Cannot recommend. Wasted money!

Hello there, lets start this off.

I was around when PixelHost was experiencing their extreme downtime. I was also there when the CEO's phone number was "hacked and changed from their carrier". I also witnessed leet.pro domain hijacking the primary domain, making it redirect to the competitor's site. Seeing as they aren't able to secure either their person phone number, nor are they able to keep their domain safe from being hijacked, what does that mean for their user's files?

Such weak security on their domain and personal phone numbers will lead people to thinking, what about my files? Is the SSH password strong enough?

Speeds are great and features are constantly being added. I've requested some features that have been rolled out recently such as a one-click installer for Wordpress. This is a rising star in the hosting world.

Ngl best host I’ve been with server runs AMAZING support might not be the fastest but there only 2 people and when they do respond they give a straight forward answer.

They "hidden" VPS offer is terrible. You have ST up to 20%. Never buy it! They don't see problem with bouncing steal and still tells that it's not a big problem for them

Mannnnnnn where do I start! Pixelhost is such an amazing company to work with. I wanted to leave a review simply because of the customer service! Niko helped me from beginning to end and made the process of switching over my website from one service to his hosting service VERY EASY! He took his time with explaining how Pixelhost works and being that I purchased the Premium Website Hosting Package, I had 24/7 live support so there wasn’t a time I had a question that wasn’t answered within 2 seconds, LITERALLY! I believe when purchasing a hosting service for websites, not only should one look for faster speeds & storage but also for amazing customer service and PixelHost is definitely ALL of those things & more!

I was actually really skeptical about going with PixelHost, and gave it a go after being sweet-talked into it. The difference between them and my old provider is like night and day, the support alone is amazing!

My old provider almost never responded to me, even when they did, they never had the answers for my issue. There outdated hardware constantly caused my server to crash and that's when I knew I needed to change hosts.

That brings me to the amazing guys at PixelHost! I know I already said the support was amazing, but the guy was always available when I needed him. He must have helped me for a good two hours. After my server got re-setup and filled backup with players, I can safely say I haven't had another issue with the server since joining PixelHost. I'm even saving $2 a month on my plan :D

Terrible lag on 1.16 Vanilla, support blamed it on vanilla being unoptimized but don't claim to be a "Minecraft host" without being able to run Minecraft vanilla.

I have been on and off with pixel host for a year now and I've had no problems, any help i require is delivered almost instantly. Totally recommend, look no further

I just bought my first server with pixelhost and had trouble with getting plugins to work. They had really fast support and fixed my issue themselves instead of making me do it. Their pricing is resonable and I had a good experience overall. One thing I couldn't understand was why there are so many negative reviews here. After talking to the founder of pixelhost, I learned it was just a group of kids who had beef against pixelhost. I encourage anyone who is going off of these reviews to try it out for yourself and see that any negative comment here is false, pixelhost is a really good service.

Vouch - great specs (and owned hardware) for the price & good support. I had a good experience and my server runs fast with many plugins running on it.

Best server hosting by far that I have ever used, kind owners and amazing prices.

PixelHost is an absolutely wonderful company, and they have very high quality servers. I am surprised more are not with them as their servers are very stable and have high specs for the price.

Their support is amazing. They have a Discord server where you can get help, and the CEO of the company Niko is wonderful to work with, and gets back to you very quick to help work out the issue.

As someone with limited income trying to run a Minecraft server it is hard for me to afford, but I talked to Niko about it and we negotiated a price that worked out for me. This truly shows how much they care about the customers.

Their Pixel Pro plan is amazing, unlimited RAM for $20/month with great performance and a full Multicraft panel to manage your server.

My server that was previously hosted on PebbleHost at a very similar cost was awful, low specs and had a hard time running with any players or plugins, but PixelHost offers amazingly fast servers for the price.

I truly recommend this Minecraft server host to anyone looking for a good, not too expensive server host, that has truly amazing staff that care about your needs.
