PixelHost aims to provide value focused hosting services for businesses of all sizes.
Australia
I was happy with the service initially, but after the migration I‘ve just found that all my data has been lost, very disappointed.
I can't believe there back pulling the same scam..Pixelhost.io got me good they stole my money and now they are back for more lol ....They got me... I take full responsibility for your actions .... I just have one question...how much money did you make by robbing people who trusted you and was it worth it..so for the people that's thinking about purchasing their services... THINK TWICE ..BUYER BEWARE
A big scam, all my data is lost and no one seems to reply for any support tickets.
90$ for 1 year which said lifetime subscription.
Now they are gone. Poof!!
have been losing customer web sites and sending confusing emails for weeks. Currently several days with all pages down, no communication and their own hosting down. It looks like a exit scam.
It gives me no joy to have to leave this 1 star review especially since PixelHost and Ned were so amazing over the past year since I signed up and then the last few months everything has just gone CrashBoomBang!
With good intentions to improve their hosting services they migrated to some new hosting platform a few months back and the LTD clients were informed of new restrictions being applied to our deals... ok... fair enough... service providers have to also navigate their storms to survive in the hosting game but the support vanished and left us sitting in the dark with a a to-do-list of instructions that we had to navigate in order to survive the migration but since then things took another sudden U-turn and I find myself stuck in some kind of hosting black hole where I cannot access my account dashboard, cannot access all my websites' databases, the SSL's have vanished from my domains and Google throws up "site unsafe" and "possible scammer" warnings when my website clients and their customers try to browse their websites... aiy yai yai... nightmare!
Have reached out multiple times to Ned pleading for help and support, who in the past would reply and solve issues in a flash with a smile, but it seems now that he has been hijacked by some nefarious forces and tied up and gagged somewhere far away where every now and then he is forced to send out a generic email updating us on why we will continue to struggle to use their services and to migrate all our data back from here to there and only use this email for support for this and only use that email for issues about that and nothing else will be responded to etc etc etc. It's all very confusing and ultimately beyond frustrating... especially when you have extended nothing but goodwill and support towards PixelHost and their recent efforts to upgrade their hosting services.
So in the end it turns out that the $90 I paid a year ago for LTD with PixelHost turned out to be only good for 1 year.
Really sad to have to leave this 1 star update to my previous 5 star review but it is what it is.
I'm off to try backup my websites through the WP admin dashboards in case they completely disappear and will have to go subscribe to an alternate hosting provider's services and set everything up again there.
... maybe this whole scenario has been a way to shake LTD subscribers off the PixelHost platform? Who knows? In the end it worked if this was the intended outcome.
But this is not the way to treat customers who have endured and embraced the changes and extended enormous patience and goodwill only to be left sitting in the dark shooting up flares for help and being ignored.
I wish PixelHost all the best and plead with the hijackers to please set Ned free to be the amazing support hero he used to be!
Update from my previous review, like other reviews said they e-mailed us for migration and since then I've lost my websites and access to my package. I've sent support tickets and received no replies. Their new website doesn't seem to give me any kind of access to anything. I finally gave up on it, I'll try to grab my domain back on a different provider because I was "lucky" they did not renew my domain even though I have paid to renew it. I am legit sad about this because before that happened the support was amazing and the service was really nice.
I recently purchased hosting through an LTD offer and what followed was a challenging ordeal. Initially, Ned claimed to be the owner of the chat support and provided assistance during the setup phase, which was far from easy.
However, as soon as my sites started gaining traction and traffic, I began receiving incessant notifications from my site monitoring software, indicating frequent downtimes. It reached a point where I had to swiftly relocate my valuable sites to different hosting, fearing a decline in their rankings. It appears that perhaps Ned's hosting service is grappling with bandwidth issues due to an overwhelming number of clients.
Then came an email about migrating to a new server, accompanied by a laundry list of tasks for us to complete. This was highly frustrating. It shouldn't fall on us to manage the logistics of server migration - this is a responsibility that falls squarely on the hosting provider. I've encountered this situation before with other hosts, and they handled it seamlessly. The email's subject line alarmingly stated "hosting shutdown," only to reveal in the body that we were required to move to a .com.au website, create a new account, input a specific code, and essentially start the setup process all over again. This was absolutely baffling - we're paying customers, not free users. It's expected that the hosting provider take charge of these tasks.
I submitted multiple tickets over 10 days ago, receiving not a single response. Finally, in sheer desperation, I reached out via email. To my dismay, Ned's response was not only tardy but laden with rudeness and condescension. A business should always treat customers with respect and politeness. While I'm willing to put in effort to safeguard my sites, Ned's behavior suggested a complete disregard for the fact that I am a paying customer. His conduct reflects a fundamental misunderstanding of how to run a business.
To make matters worse, my sites have been consistently down for the past few days, displaying nothing but a frustrating 500 error. I've meticulously documented this entire ordeal, including screenshots and chat transcripts, as a testament to the shocking level of rudeness and unprofessionalism exhibited by Ned.
In summary, my experience with this hosting provider has been nothing short of a disaster. I implore others to exercise caution when considering their services, especially in light of the abysmal treatment I received from Ned.
Great webhosting features + providing great support for any questions, queries, issues and all webhosting-related topics. If only I can rate it 100/10, I would do it.
I have been dealing with them for more than 8 months, and they have great technical support and more than wonderful treatment. I advise everyone to deal with them
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with PixelHost.io. I was drawn in by their affordable hosting plans and decided to give them a try. However, I quickly realized that their customer support was severely lacking. The representatives were unhelpful and unresponsive, and it was nearly impossible to get any issues resolved in a timely manner.
To make matters worse, I had the misfortune of encountering the owner, who was not only rude and dismissive but also terminated my account without any warning or explanation. Apparently, he claimed that I was unsatisfied with their service, even though I had not expressed any such concerns. To add insult to injury, their terms of use did not state anywhere that they had the right to terminate accounts in such a manner.
Overall, my experience with PixelHost.io was nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of customer support and unprofessionalism from the owner left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company. There are plenty of other hosting providers out there who value their customers and provide better service. Don't waste your time and money on PixelHost.io.

I have been using pixelhost for over a year now and I have to say, their service is exceptional. The uptime is consistently high, which means my website is always up and running smoothly. Their customer support team is also incredibly helpful and responsive, always providing quick solutions to any issues I may encounter. Additionally, their pricing plans are very affordable, making it easy for me to scale up my website as my business grows. Overall, I highly recommend pixelhost to anyone looking for reliable and affordable web hosting services.
Thanks for the quality service. I will know for the sake of us.
This host site is a hypocrite and they are turning off the active services of their previous clients for other clients.

Been with their hosting service for a couple of months now and these guys are seriously good, especially the guy name Ned. They've been helpful from the migration day up to now - answering tech questions that will help you solve your site server setup challenges. I switched from NameCheap to PixelHost to save a little on hosting my startup sites and personal projects under Wordpress. You can also meet ideal Core Web Vital numbers under their server provided that you know how to optimize your codes. I mean, check one of my website's PageSpeed - SEOpcs.com - This hosting provider is highly recommended.
