Bullet Lawn Sand 20kg - not all lawn sand is equal. This is far superior than many other Lawn Sand products available and I've used a fair few in my life!

I have been purchasing various grass maintenance supplies from Pitchcare for roughly 18 months now and have developed a professional, healthy and friendly working relationship. Communication is good, they are always happy to offer advice prior to ordering a product and just this morning I have taken delivery of a pallet of fertiliser and as usual the driver Dave arrived with a smile on his face, helped me unload to a convenient spot and was a credit to his peers and the company generally.
Great company, knowledgeable and pleasant staff and a consistently good service experienced over 18 months.

The Absulute Premier 696 was delivered quickly.
A very competitive price and does exactly as it said on the tin.
We ordered on 2nd of June i put it down on the 6th of June, by the 14th of June my newly seeded lawn looked like a rug.
I have left a review on Pitchcares website as I could upload photos.
If you look on Pitchcare Absoulute Premier 6-9-6 product and look at the most recent review you will see my review which shows from April 17th what the lawn was like before airaiting & scarifying which actually ended up with having basically no lawn left and starting from scratch through to me reseeding and then putting down the Absoulute Premier 6-9-6 on the 6th of June and then just a week later giving its second mow the difference in the growth rate colour and how it had thickened up just like a rug.
Really pleased and would not hesitate to buy again.
I would like to up load photos on here but have tried i think one photo may have uploaded but its the one before any work was done so don't let that put you off go to Pitchcares website find the product then the most recent reviews and mine will be round about 15th-16th Jund 2025.

We bought seed and despite all watering and care it hasn’t germinated at all. We contacted them with photos to show the seed didn’t look good quality but they came back saying that they had certificates from their supplier proving quality. They were not interested at all in the fact that we had paid a lot of money for it and absolutely NO grass has grown. Very disappointing as we have now had to purchase need seed from elsewhere.
Definitely won’t be purchasing form here again
Update- Just had a call from them saying they don’t believe us that it hasn’t worked!!!

Always a great service from Pitchcare. I have placed quite a few orders over the years. Never had any issues at all and delivery has always been super quick. Great company.

Have purchased from Pitchcare a couple of times - generally consumables for my cricket club. They are not always the very cheapest, but are competitive, have a good range of products and an easy to navigate website.
On my latest purchase there was an issue with an item missing from the delivery. However, customer support was very efficient. They got back to me within a hour of my initial email and the missing item was delivered the following day.
As a PS It was a shame that they had to close the Forum, which as a novice groundsman I found really helpful.

Ordered a rubber mat on 12th Oct 24...Contacted them on 16th Oct to be told mat was not in stock & should have shown this when ordering..I did not see that. Was told more stock w/c 21st Oct...Got a feeling this is going to drag on....They have taken the money from my account though!!

If you intend to collect a product from Pitchcare you have to wait for an email to confirm it's ready for collection. This took 3 full working days for a product they had in stock. So if you're in a rush you may wish to consider buying elsewhere.

Ordered product on Monday received it on Wednesday. Cannot fault delivery timescale. Would have been good if instructions for application were included but I am sure I can find them. Will be interesting to see if the product does what saying the tin.

I ordered a bulldog rake for delivery on 12th October for next day delivery. Was advised courier out delivering on 13th. No ability to leave with neighbour etc had to wait in from 8-6pm. No delivery received and the tracking claimed they tried to deliver and had left a card. My cameras disproved this and no card received.
Contacted pitchcare who were unavailable over weekend but advised on Monday out for delivery that day. Had to wait in all day again.

I asked for delivery of £8.95 to be refunded -twice- and pitchare just ignored both requests. Shocking performance. It appears from reviews that you may or may not be lucky with this company but if you are not, it does not get resolved properly.
After chatting, I can see this has now been resolved. Hopefully any training addressed. Upgraded rating to reflect this.

Ordered for next day delivery, but their courier messed up and now an important product won't be arriving until Monday the earliest. I can't contact anyone either. If you do happen to see this before closing time today, please request a Saturday delivery for my order. I have the shipment number ready to give you, so please reach out

Fantastic Service, have used this company many times, I can honestly say, the service is superb, the products are first class, being a busy man, I need to know when the goods are going to arrive and that they are going to be in good condition.

I ordered a lawn lute for levelling lawns and two spades. I couldn’t trust the quality on sites like eBay and Amazon. I was not disappointed the quality of the lute is superb. It will last a long time. My order came with 48hrs. I would recommend this professional lawn care site. I will continue to buy products from them.

Unfortunately my new Lute was giving me splinters from the glass fibre handle.
The lovely Laura helped me and I had a new replacement handle delivered the following morning. (Still to be unwrapped and used)
