Very disappointed.
Very, very disappointed. I never receive the product because what seems a carrier mistake but instead of help me they wanted me to pick it up at the carrier even when they knew by the time I was out of the Country.
I wanted my Coach bag so much.
Definitely I won't recommend this site.

Very bad experience. My package never arrived and customer service keep insisting me to go to pick it up at the carrier even when I went out of the country 2 days after the delivery dateline. Very dissapointed. I really wanted my Coach bag.
