Quality product and operation
Purchased earrings. Arrived as scheduled and matched description and photo. Warehouse messed up the order but only shipping 1 pair when I had ordered and paid for 2. It took a couple of days for them to get back to me, but they got the 2nd pair out and refunded me the full price for that pair for the inconvenience.
