Excellent customer service

From the moment we received it the pillow changed our lives, our daughter was able to sleep in comfort and not have constant pain. Her reflux reduced massively as once fed we would hold her up right for 30 mins then lay her on the pillow and it improved straight away. We really appreciate the product and would 100% recommend

Absolutely love this dream cradle.

My baby has slept so well in it from the start. She settles really easily, stays comfortable through the night and very rarely wakes once she is down. She has also never had any issues with reflux while using it, which has been a massive relief.

It feels safe, cosy and well made, and it has made night times so much easier for us as parents. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something comfortable and reliable for their baby

I was worried that this was a scam website after I placed order …. But far from it … the customer service were absolutely fantastic with my queries on order delivery date / tracking and responded to all my queries within 24hrs .
Ava is only 7 weeks old and suffers colic the cradle has made tremendous improvement in helping her wind after feeds.

The product was amazing and my child loves it and he Settles well in and sleeps all night so, I have recommended it to my other friends who have kids and they will be ordering one also, the delivery didn’t take long and it’s easy to wash and dry and you can put in anywhere and your child and can rest peacefully

I purchased this for my first child as she was struggling with colic quite bad. I was a bit dubious at first if this would work but I 100% recommend. It puts her at ease and is a go to when she starts to fall asleep. The built in strap is very helpful as for the removable leg cushion

The product works perfectly! Great for after feeding to reduce reflux. Also, we're using it for sleeping, great for naps. Best investment ever!

It’s great for an easy portable place to put baby but I’d have never let him sleep on it as it didn’t feel secure enough

This has really helped my newborn that has severe reflux and is on omeprazole daily to sleep at night! The other night he slept for 4 and half hours straight! We also use this when taking him for a walk in his pram and is super comfy for him and does not have any spit ups.

I am very happy with the quality and presentation. It arrived quickly with a clear book of instructions and suggestions. It was value for money.

I have found this product so incredibly helpful for my newborn. Having my first baby who suffers from reflux, this support cushion gave me so much comfort knowing that she would be ok through the night. It helped me to become more familiar with her responses to feeds and to help me manage my response to her reflux. Highly recommend! Extremely useful too when you don’t have a portacot and need them safely secured for a quick nap!
