The studio itself was in fairly good condition with backline, drums and pa all working fine. Downsides are lack of ventilation, and bleed through from other rehearsals and people smoking hash outside.... See more

I contacted Pirate after losing a…

I contacted Pirate after losing a camera charger in one of your studios. I was contacted by Polly who was so helpful, friendly and efficient. It was a huge relief to find the charger as they can be very expensive to replace for the older models of Nikon. What a great customer service team you have in place. So pleased! Thank you again and thank you to Polly :)

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Missing XLR leads and 40 replacement equipment. When I called to speak to somebody the line disconnected three times. I then tried to speak to somebody via the live chat and was told there was nothing they could do. So in conclusion I paid to record music I cannot use and will have to pay again

Pirate studio is awesome 👌

Love pirate studio every time I go it's such a blast the equipment is always very hygienic and well maintained with a great service provide when any technical issues are encountered as you can expect with general ware and tear.

Very accommodating!

I love what Pirate.com has established, the studios are clean and well-equipped, and the entire booking process is very clear and easy. Recently, I had to cancel a studio session and they were very quick and accommodating. Will be recommending to friends!

These guys are the best
