What I love most about Pip Decks is that I can just pick up almost any card and immediately use them. It's made for action, and it has been super useful. A brilliantly conceived product. I exclusively use the online version, as most of my workshops are held remotely.

Recently got my 1st PIP Deck and could not be more excited! They bring structure to my thinking in a practical way. The support team (Emily, 10 stars!) is fantastic, I had a couple issues due to my location and everything was solved in no time, it really really helped a lot! Thank you, cannot wait to add more decks to my toolkit!

I also found myself connecting the dots through components of the Pip Decks tactics that excitingly champions formative moves when building my second company, pre-Pip Decks. Join the Pip Decks universe, you won't regret.
Purchased Pip Decks over the last 2 years. Every purchase of each Pip Decks Tactic has been used at the company I work for. Workshop Tactics, Storytelling Tactic, Team Tactics, etc. I use the physical cards, Miro boards for online, learn from the videos that helps my team perform at high levels. Storytelling Tactics helps with our lead generation sales team.
I love my pipdecks. They bring structure to my thinking in a highly practical, no nonsense way. Together with the Q&As and worksheets, it's really easy to start and get some quick wins. What a wonderfully easy way to be inspired and inspire, to be generate ideas and make things fun. The ideas deck and the storytelling deck have helped me refresh my practice. People I work with love it too.
Great service I had to change my email and they responded ĺ
I have bought and used a number of the PipDecks to date. As packs of cards they are hugely useful when you implement the advice and ideas contained on them - and that advice and those ideas are infinitely repeatable, which means over time the initial cost of buying them becomes lower and lower. I'm now at the point where all my decks are, effectively, free - because I've saved money, won new clients, or learned something new from them. Also, when paired up, they become even more useful! Plus, the Slack group is invaluable in terms of additional support from likeminded individuals. In short, it's a brilliant set of systems that work well together to make you and your business better.
I have several decks and they always help me to get unstuck and stay unstuck.
I am enjoying the workshop deck and use it regularly just to mix it up and make sure I am always focused on facilitatimg the wanted outcomes.
Highly recommend.
On to investing I to the newest addition.... copywriting
Look, I'm sure you've seen the slick adverts along with what people are saying and you must be thinking "is this all hype?", right?
I'm telling you that it isn't all hype - Pip Decks is the real deal, I work for a tech consultancy with more than a decade in Product Management and I used Workshop Tactics and Storyteller Tactics nearly everyday.
Having all of the information to refresh and present in one place is absolute dynamite. If you're working in industry or just want to grow into a new discipline this is 100% my recommended way to go about it.
If I had Pip Decks 10 years ago I'd be a CEO by now!
Pip decks are my go to source for anything Tactics. My collection of Pip Decks has grown over the last years.
Idea Tactics has helped me find new and exciting ideas for my business and my clients.
Brand Tactics are the foundation of any branding project.
Workshop Tactics are the excellent in planning workshops and tailoring them to my clients needs.
Innovation Tactics are gold in driving successful innovation workshops.
Strategy Tactics enabled me to draft compelling strategy assessments for my clients.
Team Tactics helped tremendously forming high performing project teams.
Storytelling & Copywriting tactics are a treasure trove for anything presentation, outreach, ads, social media.
Probably not—but I really love these cards. I own all of them and keep buying the new decks as they come out. I’m a knowledge hoarder, and since investing in these cards, I’ve used them at the beginning, middle, and end of all my projects.
They’re not a magic wand, nor will they solve all your problems. But as a learning and improvement tool, they’re fantastic. When preparing for a client meeting, I review my negotiation tactics. I skim my story bank, which I built thanks to Storyteller Tactics. I refine my presentation using Copywriting Tactics. When developing strategies for my projects, I turn to Strategy Tactics. I even create my own “recipes” by combining cards from multiple decks to tackle complex tasks.
For me, these Pip Decks function more like an on-demand course, helping me practice the strategic and communication aspects of my work. Yes, they’re expensive, but they save me countless hours of reading books on the same topics. And when I do read, I’m much more focused because I already have a strong foundation in strategy, innovation, idea generation, workshops, storytelling, copywriting, branding, team management, and productivity tools.
Are they worth the price? For me, absolutely. I’ll probably keep buying future decks. While the knowledge in these decks might seem basic, they give me instant access to key concepts that I can build upon and use to generate new ideas. Practicing these “basic” tactics is slowly but surely making me work much more effectively.
Love the products. They're packed full of information and they're very useful when brainstorming or trying to put a plan together. I've ordered most of the Pip Decks at this point in time :)
It really is like having an expert at your finger tips. Once you understand and are confident with the structure and content of the cards, it's easy and fun.
I own most of the Pip Decks, and I’d say this: If you’re on the fence about buying them, it’s probably because you’re weighing the price against the value. And that’s fair—it’s something I thought about, too. But here’s what I’ve learned after using them: Pip Decks aren’t just cards. They’re tools that solve real problems.
Let’s break it down.
“But they’re expensive for a deck of cards.”
I get it—the price can seem high at first glance. But the real value isn’t in the cardstock; it’s in the frameworks. These are field-tested strategies for negotiation, storytelling, teamwork, and planning. Compared to hiring a consultant or attending a course you might forget, Pip Decks are a fraction of the cost. And they’re something you’ll actually use. For me, the price was the push I needed to make them work for me and get real ROI.
“Will I actually use them, or will they collect dust?”
This was one of my concerns, too. But Pip Decks are designed for action. They’re not meant to sit on a shelf—they’re quick-reference tools you can grab when you’re stuck, need inspiration, or want to refine your approach. I’ve used them for strategy, project management, and even as checklists to make sure I’ve covered all the bases. Once you start using them, you’ll find yourself reaching for them regularly.
“Are they really for me?”
If you work in any role where communication, leadership, problem-solving, or decision-making matters, then yes, they’re for you. They’re especially helpful if you’re in strategy, storytelling, facilitation, or team leadership. And even if you’re just looking to sharpen your skills, Pip Decks are practical tools that grow with you.
“Which one should I get first?”
This depends on your biggest challenge. Want to craft better, more compelling stories? Start with Storyteller Tactics. Struggling with unproductive meetings? Workshop Tactics is a lifesaver. Need to improve your negotiation skills? Negotiation Tactics has you covered. You don’t need them all at once—just start with the deck that addresses your immediate needs.
“Why not just use an app or a book?”
The beauty of Pip Decks is their format. Unlike books that sit on a shelf or apps that get buried on your phone, these physical cards are always within reach. They’re designed for hands-on use—whether it’s sparking ideas, solving problems, or sharing with your team. They’re tools you’ll actually apply, not just read and forget. because they're cards you can easily shuffle them around, re-arrange and "play" with them. That flexibility is what makes them so effective.
At the end of the day, Pip Decks are for people who want to solve problems. If you’re just looking to collect something pretty, they’re not for you. But if you want a practical, actionable resource that delivers value every time you use it, they’re worth every penny. For me, they’ve been a game-changer in strategy, planning, and project management. And that’s why I keep coming back to them.
A comprehensive, easily digestible collection of knowledge. I use their storyteller tactics deck so much when I’m having trouble getting moving on a project. Brilliant!
I love these sets. I find the Team Tactics & Workshop Tactics invaluable in helping me manage my engineering team, and Productivity Tactics help me get more done. Great product from a great company!
