I have now prepared and facilitated four full-day in-person workshops over the last two years with the help of Workshop Tactics, Team Tactics, and Idea Tactics, in my role as a civil servant. Facilitating workshops isn’t something I do regularly, and it always takes courage—especially when participants include not only my team but also my superiors. But these cards make the entire process so much easier, and every workshop has been a success.

By now I also own Strategy Tactics and Retros, and I can’t wait to integrate elements from those decks into future workshops. Word spread quickly at work, so I now help colleagues prepare for their own workshops using these cards. And no—I don’t reveal that I’m using Pip Decks. That remains my best-kept secret. ;-)

What I appreciate most is how clearly the cards provide structure while still allowing for flexibility. Because you explore more methods than you ultimately use, it becomes incredibly easy to adapt during the workshop without participants ever noticing a change in direction.

I’ve been using the cards in an administrative context rather than a corporate one, and they work beautifully. I even used them to design and run a workshop on recognizing and preventing sexual misconduct at work.

The cards themselves are neatly produced, thoughtfully designed, and—to this day—I have not found a single typo. They’re a real confidence booster when preparing and facilitating a workshop, and a very reliable way to earn praise afterward, because they help you achieve the exact outcome you intended.

I can wholeheartedly recommend these decks to anyone who wants to design and deliver workshops with clarity, structure, and confidence—even if it’s your first time doing so.

Last but not least: the one time I contacted the Pip Decks support team for help, a real person replied and went above and beyond to assist me. As a side note, I mentioned what kind of deck I’d love to see in the future… and who knows? As a small business, I’m sure they take note when their customers share ideas. :-)

Great Customer Support & Great Product.

I went with a great black friday offer, and in addition added one of the extra decks promoted during the ordering process at 70% off the listed price However, later discovered that this was not properly reflected in the order. Reached out to customer service which responded by refunding me. Also turned out that the promo was only for physical card when everything else was the complete package (physical + digital) which was the real value for me. Asked about a solution and customer support unlocked it as a sign of good faith. So to conclude. Great product, great customer service, saved me time from having to use the 100% satisfaction guarantee and hassle with returning the product, and also provided me the digital version as a sign of good faith - which more than makes up for the initial error reported. All in all a very pleasant experience. Thank you Emily - This is how its done. This is how you help provide a good customer experience and maintain a great reputation!

I'm from Spain, and shipping products from the US is a pain.

When I saw an offer on Pip Decks, I decided to give them a try (I had already seen them on social media and thought they were great).

The shipment had a couple of problems passing through different countries, but Customer Service was so good that they constantly monitored every step of the way.

Specifically, thanks to Emliy for keeping me updated and making sure my package arrived in great shape.

In short: a great product delivered by a great team.

I got my Storyteller Tactics deck through a special offer, only had to pay €13 (shipping included). Honestly, I didn’t believe it at first, but it arrived quickly and in perfect shape. And now that I’ve used it… definitely my best purchase of the year.

As a teacher, I’m really excited to bring it into my classes. The deck makes storytelling clearer and more approachable, and I know it’ll help my students boost their oral presentations.

My only hope is that Pip Decks eventually offers an educational discount. The product is great, but the regular price is a bit high for most schools.

I’ve been using Pip Decks for a couple of years now, and they’ve become one of my go-to training tools. The cards are premium quality with a great finish, and the flexibility to print directly from the digital resources makes it easy to share them with new and developing managers.

Following a recent company ownership change, our email domains were updated and I lost access. The support I received was outstanding—Emily in customer service resolved the issue the same day with fast, clear communication.

I’m new to the app, but so far it feels like a strong improvement on the old vault in terms of usability and access. I’ve also really valued the opportunities to speak directly with the creators of the decks; those sessions have been insightful and practical, and I continue to stay in touch with the Strategy Tactics creators in particular.

I have always been impressed with the quality of digital and physical decks. The content is good and makes training delivery much easier. Permission to use the digital product for training is an absolute 'must'. Some providers restrict product use to physical product copies which in today's digital world is a limited way of spreading the knowledge.

The physical pip decks have given me a fast, fun, and easy way to get to valuable insights that I can implement. It’s tangible stuff with striking visuals to keep it memorable and digestable. Having the physical cards was the better move for me as they have provided a great conversation starter and my little boy loves them!

I have the full suite and recently invested in the negotiation tactics developed with Sue Williams who is an excellent expert to learn from.

Out of curiosity, I once bought the storytelling tactics. In the meantime I have collected all the PIP decks, which contain a huge rich wealth of information. And moreover they give me many starting points for a good conversation, for an inspiring workshop and for creative thoughts that provide energy and business success. I am a lawyer, mediator and business facilitator and I cannot and do not want without PIP DECKS, whom I can recommend to anyone who wants to have valuable information that you immediately encourage targeted action.

As an engineer, Pip Decks have helped me improve my performance at work, especially in soft skills. My colleague even noticed a change in me since I started using them. I know they’re quite expensive, but if we think in terms of return on investment, they’re well worth it. Right now, I’ve got six collections in my hands.

I had an issue with a download, I wasn't seeing a digital deck I had purchased in my app. I emailed Support and within an hour everything was fixed. Thanks so much to Emily at Pip Decks for getting back to me so quickly and fixing the issue.

This is the best money spent! I have been working with this deck and combining with AI. This is genius!

Despite all the glowing reviews on the webpage and how responsive Emily seems to be in replying to emails, my experience was extremely disappointing. I purchased both the digital and physical copy, but I couldn’t even log in to access the digital content. I reached out and was told to switch accounts—which I did—but the issue still wasn’t resolved.

Eventually, I asked for a refund—and they did issue it, but only after I wrote this review. It was processed immediately after that, despite them previously telling me it would take up to 10 days which I waited more than 10 days. While I’m glad the refund finally went through, the delay and the fact that it only happened after I publicly shared my experience makes it hard for me to fully trust the company moving forward.

At this point, I’ve completely lost trust in their company. I had high hopes for this product and genuinely wanted to love it. If you're a decision-maker at this company, please do your customers a favor and fix the digital access system. None of these issues would have happened if the portal had worked smoothly in the first place...Seriously, I honestly don’t know how I can continue using their service after this.

Pipdeck blazed a trail with this one. Not just that, they even left signs along the way.
Storyteller tactics has not only kickstarted my storytelling capabilities. It keeps on improving me along the way too. Whatever reason i have to start creating a story, I always go through the deck for either inspiration or structure or both! Might not be the cheapest but its value for money for sure. If you want to get started or need more direction when telling stories GET STORYTELLER TACTICS!
