The guy jonny I spoke woth was really helpful and explained everything to me and was really patient woth ne when I didn't understand some things he explained everything really well.

Brilliant customer service, I spoke to Michael he was thorough and explained everything about my policy clearly, he was polite and helpful. I would recommend pinacle protect to friends and family.

I almost never subscribed for an insurance cos I initially thought it was one of these many scams calls or people just lying around to make money off you. But after a lot of pursuit by various staff members of pinnacle, especially with patience and resilience to make me understand the value of the insurance I eventually bought it and so far I'm pleased I did. Special thanks to Sharon Greenwood for her relentless and very responsive conversations.

Sadly I'll have to edit this review cos after 6 months of waiting for my promised cash back I'm yet to receive it, even after calling severally to remind them. Quite shocked!

They were both very friendly helpful and made it really easy for me to understand everything and left me feeling very happy and in control of things in the future I'd be more than happy if the same people helped me with anything in the future thanks

Have just taken a policy out and it was a very easy and straight forward process, i spoke to a lady called Sharon and she was very helpful and told me all the options available ,she was very pleasant and made the process very easy, i will be recommending them to my friends and family

Spoke to Jonny who was great, open and honest, he reviewed what we already had in place, advised it was a good policy, didn’t push for us to change anything but recommended a policy to cover the gaps we had, Great service 👍🏻
