its my first time ever to shop online. I just used to window shop on the stores and then i saw this store which had a great collection of dresses in all favorite colors of girlfriend, i ordered two dresses for my girlfriend two weeks ago and my girlfriend simply loved the outfits and asked me the name of the store from which I ordered her these dresses, she is surly going to order a lot of stuff from this store very soon.

very bad experience never got refund... never see that kind of service... not evwn a phone number...

Dishonest, poor quality, not like the photo. They took my money, then told me they did not have the item in stock. 3 months later I am still waiting on a "priority refund" that I have been emailing them about the whole time. They keep telling me it is coming but there is nothing. This site is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered a jumpsuit back at the beginning July and it kept getting delayed. I cancelled my order at the end of July as my event had passed and requested a refund which they agreed to. It’s now October and I still haven’t received my money back. They keep delaying that too! Definitely a scam company!

I ordered two shirts off of pinksia in preparation for an upcoming party. I needed a bodycon dress that could be used for parties.
The site was very user friendly and extremely easy to navigate. Once I found the dress I wanted, the checkout was so easy (credit and PayPal accepted).

They are amazing and offer such a large range of clothes with really really great deals.
I have only good words for this site, the quality look so so good and the designs are really cute and fashionable.

Scam, poor service company, don't order from this company! I ordered the jump suit over 3 weeks still haven't receive it, I mail to them what's my order status?? they replied ask my mail address in Chinese? they didn't bother to contact me if something wrong with my address, untill I contact about my order status. I send several mails request to cancel the order and refound, but no response. Very very very poor service!!!!!!!

oh my gosh, I just wished that I checked the reviews for this website before ordering! I also wished that there was an option for 0 stars, because plainly, this website should not exist!!!
I ordered a dress for $90 CAD sometime around May, and received a couple weeks after. When I held the package, it was so light, as if it was just a wash cloth in there. The material of the dress was terrible and cheap, the sewing was awful. When I requested for a return and refund, they tried to convince me to keep the dress and sell it because shipping back to them would be more costly! shipping back only cost $20! It has been a month and 1 week, since they were suppose to refund me, and they haven't, just keep sending these nonsense emails apologizing and saying they will do so! ugh! its so frustrating dealing with this scam company! A lot of the reviews with a 5 star rating are false! DON'T EVER ORDER ON THIS SITE! You'll save yourself money, time and energy!

So I ordered what looked like a nice dress. Took over 4 weeks to arrive (so much for quick shipping) and then when I finally opened it it was nothing like what is advertised. The quality was terrible, not even good enough to clean my toilet with. Dealing with them trying to get a refund has been painful. Expected to ship item back to china at my own expense. Constantly regurgitating the same email over and over. These guys should be shut down for misleading advertising. Also advertised as NZD but charged USD another scam move! STAY AWAY

Terrible terrible terrible. They will steal your money. I am pretty sure this is a total scam site and even the reviews on here for their site may be fake. They have still not refunded me and it’s been 4 months of back and forth emails. They need to be shut down. Totally was duped by them and their fake business. Do not use, find somewhere else to buy your clothes. If you give your money to them, you won’t get it back. They are actually thieves.

Horrible experience!!! Cheapest material !! Paid 45$ for a dress not even with a $1. Dress looked completely different than what I ordered. Not even good enough for a rag to clean my floors!!! I paid extra shipping that was a month late !!! Do not order from them , horrible quality.

Trendy clothes and quality materials from this company, they delivered early as expected. with 100% genuineness, their customer services was awesome and a were every ready every minute. Am definitely ordering again and recommend this site for anyone else out there

This is super great. I appreciate the fast shipping, I got my items in less than three weeks and I am a happy customer who will certainly be shopping some more soon. My wordrobe is filled with their attires , fashion accessories, beauty products and much more.
They have always come up to, rather exceeded than what i expected in each and every product I have ordered from them.
Their Customer support is great and is always there to support you in case of some issue or complain.
Above all i like this that they provide high quality products at very reasonable prices.

To be honest I never trusted any online shopping site because of some bad experiences. One day one of my friends wore a dress which was stunning. I complimented her because she was looking gorgeous. I asked her about the place from she bought that dress. She told me about PINKSIA. I was shocked that how can be any web site is so trust worthy but she made my mind to shop online . My experience with this site was literally very good, perfect delivery timing and perfect things as per my order. Thank you so much PINKSIA

I ordered a dress, and it never came I wrote to them but for no use! I didn’t get my dress nor a refund;(

Good customer services and they have some cute items too. The website intention is very nice and I always have a pleasant time there.
Everything is organized by color and sizes. Its not a mess. The customer service in fact helps you finding the right products if you're having any difficulty.
It almost feels as if you're talking to someone at a physical store as you wait in a fitting room.
The site has a lot of items however reasonable price, but most of all they always have most trendy clothes and accessories.
I am always on the site and I definitely recommend it to my friends most of the time.

Save yourself the frustration and don't even bother looking at this scam of a website - PINKSIA.
I have never written a review in my life - good or bad, but this company is a complete sham!
I ordered three items in May. Finally in July, I received two of the three. So much for their quick shipping. I emailed them in July and said I would like to cancel my third item, as I ordered it for an event, and the event date had passed. They said they would cancel the order and issue me a refund.
It is now September, two months later, and I have yet to receive a refund. I have had multiple email correspondence with them, demanding my refund, and I receive the same response, "we'll make this a priority".

i couldnt contain my joy when i saw my package.i had ordered a beautiful gown for a friend and got exactly what i wanted.

I must say that I really find your methods and your conditions unacceptable.

After having wait more than 4 weeks to receive my order, I received something deceptive and not compliant.

You are asking me to look for a local tailor? In the case I could find one easily he could not to anything about the POOR QUALITY of your fabrics and simply tne fact that what you are selling is not what your customer gets.

I wish to pledge for a refund and your return policy is juste "crazy" !!! Who does not accept expedite shipping methods when you send goods from Asia - this is ridiculous and dishonest.
You clearly know that sending back goods to china in other methods than expedite shipping will take ages - and your return policy implies a reception within 30 days.

I will make the effort to send back your bad items to China I do not want to keep them, they are garbage - I can only hope that they will arrive before on time.

But in any case I ask you again to proceed with the refund on my order.
I do not want to receive any coupon as I will never again shop on you website given the hassle it is to receive the order and then rightuously make a claim when not satifed.
