I try unsubsribing from receiving their mail and it doesn't let me. I've been doing it for the past week and it doesn't work!

I bought contact lenses off the site and it came in the mail pretty quickly. They also gave me a cute macaroon case and Velcro cloth to keep my hair back for free. I will definitely continue to use this site to buy my contacts lenses from now on!

I bought some boots for my little sisters birthday (kind of last minute) & they shipped them right away. They came within a couple of days. The boots were exactly how they looked online. I would highly recommend this site to anyone.

As i didn't get my jeans in the mail and explaining that to the company, they were very fast into responding to me and gave me a full refund. they were very kind and looked in to what happened to my package, I would defiantly order from this company again!

I placed the order and there is a note that my order will be shipped within 2-4 days ! They're a big liars!!!
I have to wait 3 weeks to get my only half of my order!!!! they sent me only half of the items i ordered and when I contacted them to ask about the missing items they said our warehouse sent you your full order there's no missing items
I keep sending emails and there's no reply the just IGNORED me!!!
Then i opened a dispute on Paypal
When i opened it pinkbasis sent me an email immediately! They said we're sorry we found that we don't sent you your full order!! BECAUSE the items are out of stock! Will when the items are out of stock you have to mition that on the item's page you don't have to let people pay for something that you don't have!!
The sent me another email that says close your dispute and we will give you a refund for the missing items
But I don't trust them they can give it via Paypal why should I close my dispute!!!
The reply to my Paypal dispute they want me to send them back the items that i received and they will give me a full refund if the items are not used
Will I don't want to refund the items I received!! I want my money for the missing items !!
I used one of the items so I can't return it to them but i can return the rest but they said no we want the full items to be returned
Now i know that they requested a return for the items just to closed the dispute because they know the dispute takea up to 3 weeks and for sure i will be used at least one of the items so i can't return them!!

Prices are reflective of quality. People want to complain about size, quality, and shipping time but if you read all the disclaimers... they don't hide anything. I order from Amiclub wear regularly and yes it takes a few weeks to receive, but its always as described
