All information which I needed today was given clearly and any questions that I had were answered well. Keelan was very polite on the phone and I didn't feel rushed at all.

Do not use this company to install…
Do not use this company to install solar panels!!! We have had issues right from installation, with nobody able to give us proper answers. Two weeks ago the system completely stopped working and we were told they would send out an engineer. This never happened and now no one in the company is returning our calls or emails. A member of their own staff agreed that it was a terrible service and that they were leaving to join another company.

Spoke to Chris in customer support
Spoke to Chris in customer support, and to say he was pleasant and extremely efficient and helpful would be an understatement. I emailed him with a slight issue I had and literally 10 minutes later he was on the phone to me. Another 5 minutes and I’m sorted, no messing. If only all customer service experiences were like this.
