Ordered my internet was fast set up and hassle free got the 900mbs package as was good price for high speeds overall better than my previous internet provider

Been without internet for over a month now and the communications from the company have been atrocious.

Still waiting for an installation (originally booked 15/01/24) every appointment or update has had to be chased up. Internet was supposed to be installed last week and I still haven’t heard anything or been told it’s been scheduled.

Early days but so far the broadband service has been good, and for a reasonable (and crucially, fixed) price.
Only downer is that the website stated that I would receive a Plume Superpod, whereas I instead received an Amazon device. Not something that would bother most people I'm sure, but I for one don't appreciate being 'tricked' into supporting such a notoriously unethical company - had I known this was what was going to be sent I'd have looked into other options. Unfortunately I didn't realise until the engineer arrived to set it up. (Said device also appears to be faulty, leaving me with no internet for a short while until I worked out that one of the ethernet ports simply didn't work - not an issue ultimately as the other one does)

Really helpful broadband company. Easy set up and good prices for a fast connection. I had an issue with the router when I first got it but I called up and the issue was resolved straight away. Always available to help which is great!

Great connectivity. Quick service. Support always ready to help and good option for someone who doesn't want contracted broadband for their short term stay.

Good overall company, helped us to get set up with WiFi in a new block of apartments where no one else was able to provide.

Initial setup was slower than expected but was due to staff illness, so nothing that could have been helped.

Customer service has been great when we have needed it.

When I phone them, they always give good advice in a friendly manner, not just a scripted response from a call centre, Connectivity and speed over the years has been wonderful, with hardly any outages, only once that I remember.

I've been with Pine Media in two separate properties in Sheffield and never had any problems with internet / customer service.

It was easy to speak to someone and they were available to help. The internet is working great. There was a slight aet up issue but it got sorted, I'm not sure what caused it but I couldn't find my WiFi to be able to connect for a few days.

Decide to go with Pine Media after we were let down by Virgin. I signed up on Thursday and was up and running on Monday. We now have super fast internet at at really good price.

Installation appointment was prompt. Engineer was pleasant and seemed competent.

No Handover instructions, or documentation though. I had to call Customer Services repeatedly to discover how to setup Wireless access.

We have been with Pine Media and the service has been amazing from the day we had it connected. Blazing fast internet! We had an issue with lack of coverage in the house and they have an option for a small fee to have extra pods to reach all the house. They were going to throw in one pod but after they listened to my plea that threw in a second one. Installation was seemless and we have full speed everywhere in the house. Thank you Pine!!!

Pine media provide very fast internet. They are very readily available over the phone. There were some issues setting up my WiFi but now that it's set up it has been great

I have recently moved house and chose to continue with Pine Media and they have been far more reliable than Virgin Media who were my previous provider.

There was around a 3 week delay until open reach could install the fibre line to my property but that it something out of their control and they were upfront on the date when it would happen from the start.

A small mishap also happened where they sent a router I didn't ask for which I have then had to send back in order to get my £25 discount but they are always available quickly on the phone to discuss any problems.

There was also a small issue with a setting they needed to change for my router to work but this was fixed after a couple of days.

The speeds are fantastic and I think I have had one small outage in about 3 years so I would recommend Pine Media.

Took a while to get the internet up and running but pine media were very cooperative and kept me updated the whole way. Internet speeds are great however the router's range could be larger. (There is a potential upgrade for the Wi-Fi range however as uni students we did not opt for this). Overall good experience and would recommend

Engineers had to pay 2 visits as they were not sure whether my apartment was effectively connected to Gigabit, only to find the fault lay with their detection tool. And once they confirmed the connection existed, it required 2 days of multiple calls to customer service to ensure the line was activated. I hope over the next 12 months, I will get a good service regarding 550 mbps download (guaranteed 425 mbps).
