Pigeonhole is nursery management software built for early years settings in the UK. It brings the everyday running of a nursery into one place, so staff spend less time on paperwork and more time with the children. Nurseries use Pigeonhole to keep registers and track absences, record observations with photos, plan sessions and rooms, and monitor development against the EYFS. Staff can also record SEND monitoring and safeguarding concerns securely, with access limited to the right people. Our mobile app lets practitioners capture moments as they happen, without having to go back to a desk. For managers and owners, Pigeonhole takes the pain out of the finances. It generates invoices from each child's sessions, handles funded hours and council funding forms, and shows how your nursery is performing with clear occupancy and finance reporting. There's also a built-in AI assistant that can answer questions about your nursery's data in plain English. Parents are part of the picture too. They get announcements, observations and photos of their child's day, and they can manage their details and absences from their phone or the web. Everyone stays informed, without chasing paper forms or noticeboards. We built Pigeonhole alongside real nurseries, and we keep improving it based on what our customers tell us. Your feedback on Trustpilot helps other nurseries decide if we're the right fit, and it helps us decide what to build next. If you've got a question or a suggestion, we'd love to hear it. Incredible nursery management software!

Pigeonhole has saved us so much time as nursery. It has successfully streamlined all the systems we were previously using into one place so that we no longer need to pay for Funding Loop, Tapestry, forms and nursery management software that links to our accounting. It means that teachers and parents can easily access everything they need in one place. We use it for staff forms, parent forms and application forms. It pushes all of our invoices automatically to pigeonhole so reconciling is a seamless process! We use is for accident forms, incident forms and safeguarding! And it is SO much cheaper than all the other decent options out there on the market!
