Our order never arrived
Our order never arrived. Courier delivered to wrong address. Courier did not dial local telephone number or check special instructions for exact direction. Very disappointing response from Pietra di Rapolano. We paid the courier charge and did not receive our delivery. No email response from my email to Pietra di Rapolano in Firenze.

The shipment has been delivered on 06/06 and it was shipped 29/05, right after your order. The currier had problem to reach your destination and we have always been it touch with Gabriele.
As i wrote you you are welcome to visit us and we will give you free treatment to clean and maintain the mosaic.
