my order was wrong and missing stuff
I ordered the picture with the wall strips the wall strips didn't come and the frame came in the wrong colour I ordered it in black came white the frame was also damaged I would not recommend this as a gift for someone

Good customer support
My initial report would have been 1 star, my order arrived incorrect, and there was not a lot of time for me to receive another before my partner came to visit. However the team promptly responded and replaced the lost order and I had received my order within 2 days of the report of a mistake. Stressful but satisfied with the product and seeming better and cheaper than their competitors.

Paid for gift wrapping but didn't arrive wrapped
Pleased with overall product however delivery was a little late and I paid extra for the gift wrapping service and the item wasn't wrapped. I emailed to see if this could be refunded but haven't heard anything back in 3 weeks so a bit disappointing.

Fantastic picture and even better than I imagined, had to call the company as I had made a mistake with the date, and for only £7 they are resending the print for me to replace. Now that’s what I call customer service. Thanks guys

Mistakes are fairly common! with such a customised products we often get small amendment requests and we will always ensure this is reprinted for free with just the VAT and P&P costs covered! (if its already been shipped!) otherwise we can do these changes for free!
