Ordered and paid for some puma motorbike boots for a gift at the end of november. After 2 follow up emails ive still heard nothing as to whether theyve even been sent out or not and ive not had a refund either if they didnt have them. My google review is more detailed but they seem to have a lot of products that are on both Temu and aliexpress.
I ordered a replacement visor for my helmet on picturemerollin.com.au online. A day after the purchase I noticed that the online status of my order said "Complete". I was confused about whether that meant it shipped out or not as l had no tracking number. I emailed and left texts on their help email and on their website. I did this three or four times over the course of the first week after I purchased the item. None of my emails or messages ever got a response. 15 days after my order, I received a email saying they're about to ship it! I wrote a response to the email describing my dissatisfaction at how long it took for them to ship an item without ever sending me an update or responding to my emails. They never responded to that either. I'll never shop with them again. Terrible service.
