No delivery, lying support
Ordered on Jan 5. After 3 weeks, no announcement of the delivery company, so we complain to customer service. After several days, we receive a message that the furniture is now with another delivery company. No info, no tracking number. After 2 more weeks, we complain with customer service who tells us to contact the second company. After another week, we get a refund because allegedly the delivery company has defaulted (insolvency). Second delivery company is alive and well though, so we must have been lied to all the time. 2 stars due to actual refund.
