I needed to get rid of a single mattress. I couldn't have picked a better company. Adam communicated with me with me throughout. The lovely guy who collected it, was on time, friendly & very courteous. Its just excellent that the mattresses are recycled, caring about the environment. I would highly recommend this business.

Really good service
Really good service, communicated with me the whole time. I felt really bad for missing their call but the guy was really helpful and friendly. They said they'd be late and let me know way ahead of time so I was grateful for that it meant I could plan my day. The only thing I would suggest is maybe bring a couple of people? I was worried he was going to struggle as the bed was quite high and there is a bit of a step from the door. Really fast service and great idea for a business in general (nice to know the bed is being disposed of properly) I already have another one booked in soon as we are redecorating. :)

Super quick and simple
As someone who doesn’t drive disposing of my mattress is difficult. This was until I found pick my old bed! The whole process was super smooth even took away the frame for me. The way you can book everything on the website makes it very simple. Always quick to reply to emails. Top top service.

So, I was worried about getting this done because I had tried many other services who cancelled last minute. Plus I was moving out of the storage unit. So this was my last resort, but Adam made everything super easy, I got a call a day before about the pick up slot and the next day it was picked up at the exact time. Loved their service.

I was very impressed with Pick my old bed - we didn't just want our old mattresses to go to landfill and so we looked at repurposing or recycling. The pricing was clear and fair and the communication was great. I would recommend their services!
