It took 10 days for the paddle to arrive. If it takes the USPS that long to deliver you package, consider a different carrier

Not happy with buying shoes online… I have always wore the same size shoe and felt confident buying my size online. The sketches came and I wore them and they felt a bit tight in one foot but I thought wearing them once or twice would break them in. That was not the case, after 2 times wearing them I developed a blister and not likely to wear them again. Disappointing

Upon receiving a Boomstick paddle with damaged edging due to ineffective plastic envelope shipping packaging, Pickleball Central immediately and without question shipped me a replacement and the return shipment documentation. Excellent customer service! They do, however, need to better protect the paddle faces and edging during during shipment; you never know how carefully it may have been handled in transit, and potential subsurface damage to the faces through the thin plastic bag many not be immediately apparent.

I’m a 4.5 rated player for another sport and was looking for the right paddle to be as competitive as I can this past month. Ended up trying Perseus V, Agassi V, and Boomstik, eventually keeping Boomstik. PickleballCentral has plenty of paddles to choose from so that was awesome. Setting up the shipping for return was straight forward and much appreciated. For unknown reasons, it took more than two weeks to receive the paddles. On the other hand, PickleballCentral received the return super quickly and provided the refund just as quick! I would give 5 stars if website had the new colors for the Boomstik that became available when I was preparing to return the other two.
