Sadly we had a bad experience: poor communication, poor time keeping and very poor customer care service.

I ordered a Yamaha Arius S34 from Yamaha Centre London. They used Pianospeed to deliver the piano.

I had a text message from them with a proposed delivery date, but it didn't work for me. I messaged them back and they not only managed to accommodate my availability, but even managed to deliver it to an alternative address at the last minute.

The piano arrived in pristine condition and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by the PianoSpeed team. If I ever find myself having to move any pianos in the future, these will be my go-to guys.

Excellent: professional, proficient, pleasant, and patient. Utmost care was taken. The pre-arrival texts were accurate and helpful.

It's the second time I used Pianospeed, first time within London, and this time to move my piano from London to Aberdeen, with the piano in storage for two months. The team is truly professional and the sound of the piano has not affected by the two moves I did.

Moving house half way across the UK is not easy but Pianospeed collected my two Steinway grands and very expertly protected them for transport, kept them a week and then delivered them to my new home. It was expertly planned from beginning to end and happened as intended. It was a very impressive service. Thank you!

Pianospeed gave us a fantastic service. Even before our piano was with them they kept us informed, and we had updates every step of the way. Their communication was far better than the company from whom we bought the piano! They happily delivered it to us in our remote location in the Northwest Highlands, with an absolute minimum of fuss. Their far flung Scottish deliveries must be quite a journey for the team! When they arrived they were cheerful, friendly and helpful. We would use them again like a shot, and couldn't recommend them more highly.

Fantastic service from PIANOSPEED, I had a pre delivery be mail to advise of the delivery time , then on the day a pre delivery text, arrival was spot on to the time given, the new piano was brought in quickly and set up and the old one removed equally as efficiently, during the delivery all staff were very polite and nothing was to much trouble . The house was left as they found lots of special attention given to covering floors and not damaging walls etc .
I would recommend this company 100% if you love pianos use PIANOSPEED.

My first moving a piano. I obtained various quotes but still felt nervous. Pianospeed came recommended twice from 2 people. They were great, pricing was great. They had to collect a mini baby grand from Manchester and deliver to London. When they came to my house, they laid blankets on the ground without me asking, were careful carrying it the upstairs so no damage to walls and they took all their rubbish with them :). Would use then again,

I found Pianospeed online and thought I would try them after good reviews. Well I must say they were absolutely excellent. They arrived on time and were very courteous and moved my old 1920s upright piano down from my first floor flat and into their van. They were then kind enough to store the piano until my house purchase was ready. However this was delayed by a couple of months but Pianospeed were happy to hold onto it until I was ready. I eventually managed to purchase my house and they duly arrived on time (with the delivery staff texting me with a more accurate ETA 15 mins beforehand). They then arrived as stated and quickly and easily put my piano in its new home. All the staff both in the office and delivering the piano were kind and courteous.

I would not hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend them- wish I had another piano to move now!!

Had a yamaha digital piano delivered to Llanidloes on 4th Oct. Good communication prior to the delivery informing me when they would be arriving. They arrived on time and were very pleasant and helpful. These guys were so careful with both, the piano, and the doorways etc. They had the instrument set up and working in no time, but were not in too much of a rush I'm glad to say. I honestly cannot fault these guys. An absolute pleasure to do business with you. Thanks again guys for your professionalism and competence 10/10., Gordon.

I was very impressed with the service I received. The office was so helpful with both their advice and the speed with which they arranged the collection. The crew were equally impressive. They rang to let me know their arrival time. They were efficient, careful not to damage doorways whilst moving an incredibly heavy piano and manoeuvring it with skill in what was a very awkward space. They protected my carpets and the whole process was so quick. Only one small complaint .... they didn't take the spiders lurking behind the piano with them 😊

Very good delivery men it was difficult to access the room for the piano.They did this with care and consideration.
