My main issue with this 3-D hoodie is online the picture looks great but then I got it the picture of very low resolution and grainy and for $60 it’s disappointing. The back is words and looks ok but the front is what’s grainy. This is the most I have ever spent on a hoodie and wish it was higher quality.
**After being contacted by the company and seeing a enlarged picture the resolution is low on sweater on the site. It was my fault for not zooming in to check it out. first time buying a 3-D hoodie so I now know what to look for next time. I appreciate the company reaching out and I stand corrected about how it looks online to real life but next hoodie I buy I try to find one that does not look so low res.

I bought a shirt for my husband
I bought a shirt for my husband. Took over 3 weeks to come. Ordered an XL and it was more like a XXL. It was huge around the neck and he did not like the fit. And when I emailed them about it they said nope can’t do any for you. So I basically wasted 40$ because he won’t wear it and they wouldn’t exchange it for a size below. Definitely will not order from there again!!! Terrible customer service!!!
