Poor Execution
I chose PHS & Partners expecting top-tier service based on their reputation for expertise in Cyprus and international taxation. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
Despite their claims of focusing on client needs and turning tax into investment, their advice lacked depth and relevance to my situation. I encountered delays in responses, missed deadlines for compliance, and an overall lack of professionalism.
Confidentiality and high-quality service are emphasized on their website, but I saw no evidence of this in their work. Instead, I felt like just another number on their client list, with minimal effort put into understanding my specific needs.
For a firm that claims to be a leader in tax services, they fell far short of expectations. I would not recommend PHS & Partners for anyone seeking reliable and effective tax solutions.
