Improved Patient intake system

We recently added Phreesia to our practice management suite for our specialty practice. Our goal was to optimize the intake process and fill vacant slots. We had the pleasure of working primarily with Tejas Barathe who skillfully guided us through the onboarding process. This system has added value to our practice and we appreciate the responsiveness to our questions. Excellent so far!

Repetitive, wastes my time, clicking too much!

Convenient to fill out necessary electronic documents or register but VERY aggravating with repetitive questions and clicking!

Nobody tells you when you’ll be billed, Phreesia expects payment before you can register or move on to Telehealth appointment. And whatever forms and questions they send you must all be answered before your appointment so always have to log in early!

The only issue I had was not signing my practice up sooner for Phreesia. What a time saver! Yes, you will have patients that are resistant to this change but they will come around. This system is amazing. Do yourself a favor your practice. SIGN UP!

5 STARS to both the implementation…

5 STARS to both the implementation team/support which includes Tejas Barathe and the utilization of Phreesia. The benefits in which has created an increase in efficiency of the workflow as well as time and cost savings. The ability to customize workflows and communications has assisted in a high patient completion and satisfaction rate.

Looks like a scam softwae asking for yorur License creditcard for just booking an ppointment and even they might ask your SSN beware doctors don't use their service. they are giving so many ads at the end, there are so many better AI softwares now for doctors for patient onboarding .. this one is a scam .. trying to make money on both sides

From a patient's view point this is pretty much a data mining operation. That require you to give all kinds personal information and spam you email with texts afterwards. They add zero value to anything and are likely selling your personal data. You can check the box to keep it private but do you really trust some random company to do this after they have all your information. You will never even know if they sell it. They send you emails and texts pretending to be from your doctors office to verify your ID over and over. I didn't bother filling out anything and went to my doctor as usual and nothing happened.

Information lost 3 times - I'm done.

Three times trying to add information to check-in for a PT appointment. Any problem and everything was lost and I'd have to start over at the beginning. After about half an hour, I had a black screen with an error, again losing all the information up to the HIPPA information which should have been close to the end. Reason? The programmers don't have the system save anything until I'm guessing the final screen even though I pressed continue on each page. Any complication and everything is lost. Paper is better.

They will never call you- even when giving them my cell phone number. No one contacts you to discuss our use. And CANNOT CANCEL UNTIL THE SAME TIME OF YEAR YOU STARTED.

Great Service

Tejas and Aman have both been extremely patient and understanding throughout the whole process of getting accustomed to using Phressia, and helping us with any and all issues we've had with the program. The customer service was phenomenal and I have nothing but praises for the help we've received from these two.

Using Phressia was difficult at first but now I'm happy to say I can navigate it with no problems thanks to the help we've received while getting accustomed to the program.

Patient Privacy Concerns

As a patient, this is a horribly invasive "service" for providers, in that it takes information about your record and uses that to push prescriptions that should be the purview of patient and provider.

The workflow of confirming appointments is equally janky, as on numerous occasions I've confirmed all details, yet without fail I am required to log back in a second time to confirm insurance details. In both sessions, the same prescription and pharmacy options are pushed, despite confirming "I am not interested" every single time.

Then to top it off, at the appointment the provider typically doesn't have all of the info I've provided or needs to re-re-reconfirm everything I've already submitted, making it a pointless process.

PUT THE PATIENT FIRST!!! There is no need for a provider to use a "cheap" solution packed with marketing garbage when the main purpose of the app is to facilitate patient-provider communications.

Our Phreesia experience

We are in the trial period of our Phreesia experience. So far, we have been met with fantastic service! The system has been early to learn and has increased efficiency in our front office.
