MUST NEED SOFTWARE TO SCALE A BUSINESS. I've been using Ocho for the past 6 months. I have to say I haven't seen a solution with the kind of high level support they have. With so many softwares automating their software or pushing it to low level employees it is so refreshing. Outside of that Ocho is amazing in helping us route our leads to the right places, easy to set criteria with all the options to route, and gives great explanation as to why there was an issue with one of the leads. I highly recommend using these guys. They have been a game changer for my business
