It's a really great product. My only complaint is not being able to play the song without paying for Spotify. Should be compatible with all streaming platforms

Excellent product, arrived on time.
I was a little disappointed in how small it actually was, but it fits perfectly on a desk.

Great quality only confused about the keychain that rolls out with pictures I tried rolling it back and I had to manually do it

The work is well done and it was finished in great time. The product works perfectly, however I think it could work better with a longer cable (to reach more places.) I use mine every day and I love it!

Everything looked great

The lamp arrived on time and was well packaged. It looked exactly like it appeared on the site. Overall, I feel the price and quality were good. It was a good value.

Was kinda disappointed the picture decal had bubbles in it and you could barely see the picture. It also was made out of cheap plastic, hope it holds up in the weather.

Got scammed like everyone else don't buy from this company been waiting over two months nothing they just give you the run around

Item is now 30 days late! I asked for a refund as it's after the date the gift was supposed to be given. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

If I could give 0 stars I would they are horrible and their. Products are cheaply made their delivery time is also bs I paid 30.00 for expedited shipping 3 to5 days and it came after that and also came damaged they. Tell me I can't get a refund never again will I order from them DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!!!!!

Ordered a named lamp with a date and got a lamp with 2 totaly different names.. They won't answer my emails so I guess no refund! If I had their address I'd be paying them a visit!!... Do not use this company.

Placed and paid for my order. Then got an email to say shipping to the largest town in Qld outside Brisbane will incur another fee
“The remote fee was charged by shipping country, may be your city is not within their service zone, so need a remote fee AUD39可更改. “
So in disgust I cancelled that the very same day and they then stated $41 cancellation fee as the items have been made…….within 24hrs. I call rubbish.

I will give two stars as I got my product but honestly very disappointed in the quality can bearly even see the picture I had printed on moon lamp took way longer to get next time I'll definitely read reviews before buying anything

I placed an order last year around November still have not received the order. Cannot talk to anyone emails will not be responded to this whole thing has been a Joke!! One thing. This website has taught me read all reviews before placing any orders.👎👎👎 last year 2022 and this is February 2023 I still have not received anything.

Been waiting over a month for my item. They refuse to refund all of my money. Only shipping fees. This is simply a scam. Everyone needs to come together to shut this place down. It's a joke. Do not but anything from this place. I'm going to also report them to the BBB.

Just received the product a few days after Christmas which is OK since it had to go thru customs and overseas. Was pleasantly surprised after seeing all the bad reviews. My wife loves it!!!

I have been waiting for 5 weeks for my order which was a named glass nightlight. I have had several online chats with Cherry about non receipt. I keep getting the sorry message and reassuring me that the lamp is out for delivery. Had I realised that it was coming from China I would never have ordered it.I have now asked for a refund but don't hold out much hope. I saw this advertised in a Daily Mail gift recommendation and stupidly thought that it would be a reputable company

Not a uk company, when I emailed them a couple of minutes after placing the order to cancel. I was told I’d have to pay a 30% charge for the materials they had already used. When I explained that they couldn’t possibly have used any materials, they insisted I had to pay or go ahead with the order. The lamp cost £19.99 but other costs including shipping made it £36. I have yet to receive the product but I don’t hold out much hope that it will be good quality if their customer service is anything to go by. Avoid using this company.

Terrible. Shipping was to be free but charged extra at checkout. Lamp looks terrible. Looks like a 3year old photo shopped our heads from a picture and pasted them on a half melted milk jug that lights up. Ridiculous. Website won't let you post a negative review about them. Please don't buy from them!!! You'll be disappointed!
