Really awful quality.. images are so dark you cannot see the photos which supplied were very clear

One of the worst companies I’ve ever used!! DO NOT GO NEAR THEM they are fraudulent! I ordered something from them that I never received. They told me it was delivered when it hadn’t been and I’m still fighting for my money to come back! They are awful DO NOT USE unless you want to be robbed blind!

Didn't receive it. Company put the ownus of me to chase it up with the delivery service. Surely that's their job.

Absolute crap. Wood anniversary frame fell apart straight out of the box.. don’t waste your money.

Took me several months to receive and it never worked properly. Still doesn't. In order to change the color of the light and actually keep it on, I have to keep hitting it until I get lucky and it lights up. Would never purchase again. I kept it because it has a photo of me with my mother on it. She has since passed away. Eventhough it doesn't work 99.9% of the time, it's will remain a keepsake for me.

Brought these for my two niece's birthdays. They're absolutely gorgeous.
Will definitely buy from here again!!

I ordered 3 weeks ago ( last week of August) 3 different Moon Lamps with pictures of my children and small text as dedication. I thought it would take minimum 1,5 month until I receive the lamps here in Italy where I live. The surprise whas been great when I got last week a bigger package with the moon lamps. Wow! Beautiful Moon Lamps with the puctures of my children. I am very happy and will order again some lamps as Christmas gifts

I purchased a moon lamp for my partner with a picture of him and his grandson for Father’s Day and a little message on the back. It came out beautiful and my partner absolutely loves it!
Communication was great from photomoonlamp and I would recommend them to anyone 😊

Legit and honest about products and shipping time. It was a little smaller then I thought it would be which made the letter engraving on certain names/letters hard to read. But overall happy with the purchase.

I ordered this moon lamp for a gift .My friend of 40 yrs husband passed away and wanted to do something nice for her. I love it and know she will too,but,the box was badly damaged in transit and had to be fixed and there was no remote in the box or plug?

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered item at the end of December, haven't received item, asked for a refund, haven't received one and poor communication.

The Item I ordered took over 30 days to arrive, far beyond the advertised time, they made a mistake on the item but would not fix, would not honer their own return or replace policy. All around a bad experience

Cute little lantern...smaller than expected but a nice & personal gift. It keeps kind of going on & off....have to give it a little shake sometimes to make it stay on
