This company is absolutely horrible! I placed an order for a keychain in the beginning of September and still have not received it or any tracking updates. I have been going back and fourth with customer service and they refuse to refund me despite the fact I have been waiting months for this product! This company is a scam. Do not buy from here.

Ohhh man stay away guys! Very cheap quality they have better moon lamps at your local Poundland store honestly this website is trash! Expensive for nothing they take no thought in packing or personalisation and they take forever to respond to emails and they take like a whole month to ship your items it’s unreasonable the prices they charge and the delivery fee too! Please stay away it’s not worth your money!

I ordered something Oct 26 and paid for expedited shipping and still haven't receive it. It is now November 15 and still nothing. Ive emailed them and they will not compensate me for the shipping I paid for. Will never order from them again.

I ordered a keychain on October 22 and I haven’t received anything yet?? I recently emailed them because the estimated delivery date was November 1st and I haven’t gotten any updates! After reading the reviews I’m scared to see what I will receive , I will keep you guys updated

The app that it's connected to, Shop, doesn't show the details about the location of your item or any tracking information that's useful. It simply says "Shipped."
Got here near time frame. Super cute! They came out really nice! Don't have pictures that are too bright. Scared to ruin the film when reeling it in.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! this is a scam. i ordered almost 2 months ago and still havent got my order!! they also wont refund my money. i repeat, doNT ORDER FROM HERE SAVE UR MONEY

If I could I would have rated 0 stars. I placed my order over a month ago and barely received it. The quality of the picture looks nothing like what is advertised. I kindly asked for a refund and they said they could only do 20%. Do not order from this company it is a scam.

Review once again... Yes I finally received my moonlamp and very pleased with it. Ordered around 23/9/20 received 18/10/20. Next time I shall order couple of months before occasion as Item comes from China and as it transits.... its understandable for the dilivery time it took. Here in Uk they use Royal mail. Overall pleased 😊

This is a scam! I ordered the keychain and the moon and I never received it, I contacted the shop and they wouldn’t refund me. They were extremely rude and disrespectful. I lost a lot of money on something I never received. They are liars and do not trust them with your money.

Paid extra for shipping they took literally a whole almost two months to receive order, they promised a refund for shipping I actually have the screenshot still. And when it all came down to giving the shipping refund they ignored me!

I orderd last May but guess what? nothing came just refund!!!!!!!!!!!!! Scam!!!!!

Ordered two of the same photo film roll key chain. One had a defect. Instead of offering a replacement, they offered to refund 20%... of $19.99.

BEWARE! Firstly, the delivery system is terrible. Paid an extra £15 for a quicker delivery but it came the day before my parents 50th anniversary party...I had to pick it up from the PO! I'd paid for it to come a lot sooner..
Secondly, the " quality " looks extremely cheap, something you'd buy in a cheap shop for £4.99...I paid £79! Don't waste your money. The photo imprint is horrible. It was an embarrassment to give this to my parents...they looked so disappointed.
Lastly, the " customer service ". The response after my polite complaint was, in a nutshell, ' you got what you ordered'. I didn't! There was no offer of any compensation. Terrible terrible terrible product. Stay well clear.
Ps..only reason for the star is because they wasn't a no star option..

Please please do not deal with this fake uk company products to be completed with 3 to 5 business working days which is rubbish, I paid an extra 15.95 for express delivery weeks ago still havent received my order cant track my order, order number dont exist, I believe once again chinese company trading as uk company how can this happen
