Do not use the photobookworldwide.com website
The photobookworldwide.com website does not function properly, and it is not user-friendly. I finally managed to make a photobook and after several attempts at paying for it, I received an email receipt for the order. The payment was taken from my Mastercard and then waited and waited for delivery. The 'track my delivery' online did not function. After several emails to the company and no successful outcome I tried the Chat online, who said there had been a problem uploading my order and it would have to be manually 'pushed', but they could not tell me how much longer I would have to wait for delivery. I have now requested a refund which apparently I have to wait about 7 days for!! Appalling from start to finish. I do not recommend that anyone uses their service!!
