very bad and rude service
The service in Montreal was really not friendly at all. The man (with beard and glasses) was a rude and impolite person. He is surely not the right person on the right place!
What we also found strange: we had to pay another 1000 dollars because we drove more than 500 kms. We put it on the contract, ok, but we felt a bit betrayed. Who rents an RV in Canada only to drive 500 kms? The way the manager charged us was really disgusting and rude. We will not recommend people in Europe to use your company, sorry. That's not the way you treat (behave to) tourists. This happened 3thd and 17th of July, when we picked up the RV this manager was rude, and as well when we dropped it off.

They gave me the service I would highly recommend
They gave me the service I would highly recommend to anyone wanted to rent a camper in the USA. They asked me loads of questions to try and match my needs with the perfect camper. They sent travel brochures and documents quickly and efficiently . With cancellations they were also quick and easy. Nothing was a problem and again the service was efficient. I highly recommend Target Travel for your camper experience!
