This is my second photobook with PhotobookShop and once again they didn't disappoint. The quality is great, the website is easy to use and very quick to deliver after submitting.

Pre purchased a flat book with matt paper. After finishing the book was told it had been done in a non layflat with glossy paper. This is not what I wanted. I asked it it could be transferred to what I had purchased. I was told no, and taht I would have to start it all over again. as time was at a premium, I decided to go with what I had done. Not happy with the result.

Format was easy to follow. Finished product was really great.

Very easy to use - once in the 'swing' of using the app it became a lot of fun. Could do with more 'background' colours/options though. Being able to purchase vouchers when on great specials & having heaps of time to use before expiry makes it easy to plan a project ahead. AI help is so helpful for prompt response to an issue. For example most of my photos were showing an '!' being too low in pixels. This I assume was due to using photos used on old processor's. AI gave me instructions on how to increase pixels allowing me to complete my project.

Decided to take advantage of Photobook Shops August sale and order some jigsaw puzzles as Christmas gifts for the family. I'm pretty certain the Aunties will be very pleased! Found the photo selection/editing stage a little clunky - but that could be the novice driver. All in all pretty happy with our very unique gifts.

As per usual did a great job of printing. Colours were accurately reproduced. Well packed and delivered quickly. Will use again.

Very easy to do the photo album and the price is good and cames in the post fast.

Only slight confusion using the vouchers as I had purchased three and it was a little tricky using them together. Got it sorted though and a) with their special deals/vouchers these were an excellent price and b) the quality of the books was exemplary. 100% will be using them again.

I ordered a 20 photo-magnet pack, using my two children's school photos over the years. I love seeing the changes in their faces (and hair styles!) over time - and they make the fridge door more interesting :)

I wouldn't have written a review if I hadn't received a confident email from Photobookshop asking me to share the love. I recently submitted 3 albums and am happy with 2 of them but the first album has an obvious printing glitch and several pages were double printed and a double page with page 74 and 65 on that same spread, resulting in a confusing mess. Upon me contacting them, they admitted their mistake (rather hard to deny it) and said that they'd reprint it free of charge - as they would legally be required to do. 2 weeks later I haven't received a notification that my album has been reprinted. It seems that my job has been put to the end of the queue, even though I had to wait a while for it to be printed in the first place. So much for me having my album to share with family on Father's Day. Although I am generally pleased with my albums, I am very disappointed with the said album and that I don't warrant a quick turn around when they admitted the error was theirs!!!

The photobook quality was good, the software works well and the product was delivered within the timeframe as promised.

Very pleased with the jigsaw products. There were issues with using my vouchers which was frustrating but I can not fault the responses, quality and promptness, I received when during the issue resolution process.

The good: Quick response on your query. I like the materials. Print is good. Workmanship is very good. Considering it is Australia to Canada, shipping is fast.

Things to improve: Opposite the front and back cover should be plain white. More cover option for the HD lay flat. I am not fan of glossy prints, cover or not. Better turn around time in production.
Considering that I am not professional photographer plus the differences in screen color display, I cannot comment on whether the print is what I saw on the screen or it is lighter/darker. It is acceptable to me.

I have been using Photobook Shop for many years, completed books for my children from baby years to having their own family, one book each for my siblings and Memories of travels with my mother. My mother is 91 and loves revisiting the places we have been. So easy to use and love purchasing the vouchers so that I am ready for my next book.

I have been using PhotobookShop for many years to create photobooks of our trips overseas and around Australia as well as personalised calendars for the past 8 years. Also hhave created many sets of ceramic coasters using my macro photos of flowers and birds and just now have produced sets of cards from my own photos.

I have been now for many years with Photobookshop and have to say that the quality of their photobooks is excellent. I am generally going with a 26x33 cm, 120 pages and it is always easy to maneuver to construct the book. My only reproach is that the uploading of the pictures is for me complicated; I always need help.

I have used photoshop book several times over the years and have never been disappointed, including creating year books for Year 6.
The quality of the books produced are great.
The program is easy to use and delivery is quick.
Would recommend.
