My daughter lost her phone in the street and found this website with a service that would look for the phone and ring it in order to be found. After 4 hours it was still not found so the sim was cancelled and the phone ceased working with her number. So no longer rang or had internet!
However the next day they charged me £29.95 for the monthly Pro service, the most expensive option. Even though the phone number does not work so how were they supposed to find it or provide the service they have charged me for?
It was also very difficult for my daughter to cancel the free 24 hours, took 10 attempts.
And obviously they didn’t find the phone. Customer not helpful either, just more stress and upset on top of loosing phone.
