This is a total scam. Takes advantage of people by saying it's 50p for a search, ut doesn't mention they will then charge you £29.95 with no warning. I dint subscribe or agree to any other charges than the 50p, and nowhere was it indicated that this charge would be made. Absolutely disgusting, total rip off. Stay clear of them. I tried to cancel this but there was no way of doing it on the site and no way of contacting anyone, as it just came up that I had no account. Having no account and not subscribed, I should not have been charged anything without my consent. Utter scumbags!!

My partner lost her mobile phone and was panicking. To try to help I googled "find lost phone". Amongst several offers of help was one from PhoneTracker.pro. It appeared to offer to trace a lost phone for 50p. Without checking their terms too closely, I authorised a payment of 50p on my credit card. They did not locate the phone, which actually was recovered a few hours later. I was shocked to find another payment of £29.95 to PIX*Phonetracker London GBR the next day which I had not specifically authorised. I have now closed my account with Phonetracker but will watching closely for any further unauthorised payments to them.

Total scam paid £2 for a check on mobile location, all they did was send a sms to the target mobile asking to share there location, avoid.

I don't want to give even 1 star please don't use this website they are fraud.

Starts with a 50p charge and before you know it is converted to £29.95 monthly payment. No way of cancelling before the regular payment starts.

Scammers and they aren't bothered. God knows how they gat away with it.

Total Scammers. They just send an SMS Message to the phone for 50p but then sign you up for £29.95 a month.

Big scammer deducts money after 3 months never trust and fu*k barclay bank who didn’t even took the action scammed 29.90£

I wish I could NOT star this company, they are a disgraceful company. I was desperately trying to locate a relative who was experiencing an medical emergency, but because they needed to consent to being tracked and couldn't (due to mental incapacity at the time) I declined their services, to later discovered that I too have been illegally signed up to this companies PhoneTracker Pro services. Customer services is a joke, and after weeks I get a reply and no refund. I have now passed this onto my bank's fraud department.

Scam website!! Impossible to cancel within trial period! Despite cancelling via website, email and trying to call daily.. no correspondence and had set up recurring DD for £29.95. Note DD set up u set phonetracke.pro and not phone tracker.pro. Wish I’d read the reviews sooner. Avoid!!!

I agree with all the other reviews. It does a search and says the phone can be found but then when you sign up and pay your 50p it shows you a map of the uk but no actual location of the phone. You have to be really quick to cancel the account (which is not easy) otherwise they would charge you a full monthly bill the very next day. Complete waste of money.

Awful and illegally attempting to take money from my bank- fraud squad have been contacted.
Avoid at all cost - do not give this company any bank details

Scammers....you pay & then the location map DOES not show where the lost phone is. Total BS!!!!!!

Please do not use this company. The “service” doesn’t even work. I have reported to TS and my credit card company!!!

Out and out scam.
They sent me a map of the world and no location for my phone. I was then unable to cancel the free trial and I am now raising a dispute via my bank.
Terrible experience after losing a £1,000 phone.
They should be arrested

This alleged company is a scam. Paid the basic package one off payment of £2. They automatically put me on to their Pro package of £29.95 a month. But above all it doesn't work. You cannot get through to them. Had to block payments through my credit card company

How this company can be promoted on Google as a legitimate service is totally beyond me. They auto enroll you. Then start charging you £29 a month for something doesn't even work. Then offer no way to cancel or refund your money because the contact phone number just plays some good awful music for 2mins then informs you that all their advisors are busy and to leave your contact details as a voice mail. Obviously they never contact you because why would they. They know you will contact your bank and just cancel the enrollment. But then the bank won't try and get your money back because you have apparently enrolled in good faith. But you can't speak to anyone at the company for a refund because it's just a never answered voicemail. Pretty perfect scam to get your £29. Wonder how much they are making a day?

Total con, basically told me phone was in the UK somewhere and are now trying to charge me £29.95 a month. My bank is already aware of them and luckily declined it.

They are scammers. They don’t locate any number and they don’t refund your money. They say their term and conditions say the money is not refundable!!!

No email sent. Can not get through on phone. Mail box full. Said 48 hours before they take monthly payment. Less than 24 hours and my account is showing nearly 30.00 pending. Had to freeze my card to stop payment.
