Its order 57468 you muppets! They took my money then lied about having the item, they said I had to wait for new used stock. Then I said I wanted a refund and its taken 2 months and still waiting. Going to go through small claims court to get my money back

Sold me a phone without esim…

Sold me a phone without esim capability. There was no warning about the phone not supporting esim on the product listing. Emailed them to initiate a return but they never responded. I'm left stuck with a phone I can't use.

Ordered a phone in July 8th 2024 #35199 . Never received the product. After repeated requests, the seller claimed today “all records are deleted after 6 months due to GDPR” – which is false and against consumer law. No refund, no delivery. Very poor experience, not recommended.

Unable to email or phone this company…

Unable to email or phone this company after purchase as the email and phone number not recognised. No conformation for 7 days and then they were sending me the wrong colour phone which I haven't been able to send back. I was told about the colour change and they asked me to let them know if that was alright, I informed them I didn't want that colour within 4 hrs of their text, they told me it was to late they had already sent it. I replied, could they refund my money.

Do not trust this company

They sent me a faulty phone - front camera did not work, GPS/Maps didn't work, Apple Pay didn't work, battery died very quickly, could only answer calls on speaker phone - countless issues and basically completely useless as a phone. I ordered an 'excellent condition iphone 16 with 100% battery health', needless to say what they sent me was not excellent in any way. They then tried to accuse me of lying about this, apparently they are 100% sure they check their phones....When I returned the phone to them in Dubai (which is where they dispatch phones from - not made clear when purchasing), they then confirmed it was in fact broken as I had said. I asked for a refund as I did not trust their quality, which they refused to give me in breach of my consumer rights. They sent me another phone against my will, which was again is faulty as apple pay does not work, i can only use the phone on speaker phone, maps function does not work. Do not trust this company. They refused to refund me and just sent me another faulty phone w. When i said i would report them they said they don't even care. A shameful company and a blatant scam.

Their response to this post is a lie - I did not cause any damage to this phone, it was broken the day it arrived. I have the emails showing they admitted it was broken when they sent it to me...what would i achieve from lying. All I want is a working phone, which I paid for and have not received. This company manipulate their Trust Pilot reviews which is how i fell for this scam. I am just trying to prevent other innocent people making the same mistake i did.

1. Your order was delivered in perfect, pristine condition. You subsequently returned it to us, stating that it did not work. We have therefore sent you a replacement, in accordance with our policy.
2. We inspected the unit you provided and found damage caused by you. We provided a replacement based on our policy.
3. Your replacement was delivered promptly. You used it for 30days from the point of replacement and tried to tell us again the item is faulty? Where were you for 30day would be interesting to know.
4. We are a real company, a global company serving many parts of the world. Your claim is baseless.

Let me be clear: this is outside our replacement policy. Our policy is clear: if you receive a faulty item, we will replace it. You accepted and received the unit without complaint.

You explicitly told us you would leave a negative review. You did just that because we refused your repeated attempts to do the same thing over and over again.

The above statement should have clarified your concerns about companies not replacing items twice.

We see no wrongdoing here. Remove the bitterness from your heart and mind. We served you properly and on time.

Cancelled, but no refund 6 (now 8) weeks later and counting

I withdrew from the contract before the phone was shipped, using the exact method described in their Terms. Six weeks later, and despite sending a reminder a fortnight ago, I have still not received a refund for the phone. I am now recovering the funds using a credit card chargeback. I should have read TrustPilot reviews before I dealt with these people.

[Update, 2025-10-01] Phones Refurb claimed in their reply that they were processing the refund. This was untrue. There has been no communication or action on their part since 2025-08-27, and no refund has been received. It is now nearly two months since the message on 2025-08-04 in which they said, "Please note that your order is now cancelled, we will commence refund procedure, and it will be reflective in your bank within the timeframe." I will continue to update this review as the chargeback procedure continues, and with any communications.

Look No Further

I have ordered oneplus 13, first the model sent was chinese flashed with oxyhgen os They asked me to send it back, I have sent it back now for 3 weeks every week this kin who is in touch with me keeps telling me that it will be repalced now one month down the line, I dont have phone and dont have refund and still waiting for replacement

Poor support service.

Ordered a OnePlus 13. After a month or so it started going into a reboot cycle randomly. Contacted customer support and they told me to send back the phone for repair. It's been 7 weeks that the phone is with them, and just being given false promises that the phone is going to be dispatched and going to be with me by the end of the week for the last couple of weeks.

The problem still hasn't been solved.

It is now the 28th July no goods received or money back beware.

It is now the 28th July. When O ordered the Oneplus 13 phone I was given a delivery date of 4th to 10th of July. It was never delivered. Despite several notifications that the order was ready and had been despatched. When I cancelled and asked for refund I was told this would take 10 days. That has passed as well with no refund. Their responses to customer complaint's is to pretend everything is in hand, and they are willingly cooperating to resolve the issues. This is not what I have experienced. It is difficult for me to believe the reviews were people are awarding them 5 stars fir great service. I can see other people had the same experience as I have had. Why would there be such a contrast with service levels. I have provided proof of identity. My advice would be to only take notice of reviews which have cone from verified users of TrustPilot, as it is all too easy for false positive reviews to be placed on the site, with just any email address and no identity verification. I paid £599 I have had no phone, and no refund 26 days after the original order.

Terrible company

Terrible company.

I cancelled my order BEFORE it was shipped and they still haven’t refunded me, nearly two months later.

Despite my constant chasing and their promises to pay me 'Next week', I am still out of pocket.

When I said I was going to raise a dispute with my bank, they said, ‘Fine, you can wait the 180 days for your money then.’

The response written to this review tells you everything you need to know about them. They have not taken responsibility for the situation and are doing nothing to fulfil the promises they make on their website.

Do not give them your money. You will never get it back without a fight.

Phone never delivered and no refund given .. scam

I ordered an iphone from this “company”.. that they have never delivered. after the order of some day, they generate a delivery code with DHL... And then for more than 3 week nothing. . tried to contact them and they were sweetly telling we will send it next week, and than nothing and then again same story when tried to ask the reason they disappear.. after almost two month where they weren't giving reasons of why there is no delivery And just keep saying next week I asked a refund... And also here they said yeh sure allow processing time and u will receive the refund... Surprise after more than one month there is no refund either.. worse than that they don't answer to emails anymore now... I lost my money on this scam, the price of the item appeared competitive ... But unfortunately the item it don't exist they just took my money.... i should have read the real real review ... many of us got scammed ... And if u bought and got scammed open a dispute in time from ur bank hopping maybe to get ur money... Be aware ....

Scam company that will never deliver ur product…

My husband bought a refurbished iPhone 15 from this company, in April value600 pounds ….they never sent it… and they were always telling us we will send it next week, after 2 month of failed promises we asked for a refund that they have never given,keeping telling us next week u will see the refund ect …. But more than one moth passed already….. and they stopped answering our email… I should have read the reviews ( the real ones that all tell the same story ) before making a purchase from this scam company… I’m a lawyer and I will make an end to this scammers and fraud people … I even found out that the two owners of this company thats details u can found in companies registers of gov.uk, had other companies that act on same way they sell products and never deliver them and never give any refund… I even check and they are registered as inactive company… so be aware and do not fall in those scammers trap.. from their answer u can understand what kind of “company is “… take ur money and after give u an automated response..

Probably a scam

Ordered a pair of Sony xm5's from them nearly a month ago, expected delivery between 25 June to 1st July, no problems. Shipping tracking was last updated on the 29th June saying that it had been handed to the courier. Waited about 2 weeks, checking the tracking info every few days. Hadn't had an update or heard from them at all about why the headphones weren't going anywhere. Emailed them about it, didn't get a reply. Messaged them on their website ticket system and they then took a week to get back to me, just to tell me that my money hadn't gone through and that I'd have to dispute it with the bank about a refund. No help. Nothing useful. Probably a scam.

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY - They took my money nearly a month ago and I haven't received anything. I asked for a refund because bought another one which arrived in 3 days. They said they would refund me but I am still waiting for them to respond to my email or for any correspondence. DO NOT USE - You replied to this review within hours but I have not had any emails explaining anything to me. Your chat box feature said your team would be in touch about my updated delivery date - never happened. You then said your team would be in touch about my refund - never happened. I suggest you have a look into this because you are now calling me a liar when you have my money!

Wore my Ultra Watch 2 once in the swimming pool and screen went blank. Wrote to them asking how to make claim under warranty and got this reply (to a watch water proof to 100m)?!
"Please be informed that our warranty does not cover water damage (Details in our policy)

The Apple Watch Ultra 2, while rated for water resistance up to 100 meters, is not waterproof even Apple clearly states this in their user guide. Water resistance can diminish over time or due to misuse, and the manufacturer themselves does not cover water damage under warranty for this reason. This is industry standard and is not unique to our store.

As stated clearly in our warranty policy (available before and after purchase), we do not cover water damage, regardless of how the damage occurred. This is a standard clause applied to all refurbished and even brand-new electronics due to the unpredictable nature of liquid damage.

You received a fully tested, high quality product and flawless reviews, and we stand by that. Unfortunately, using any device in water, even if rated for resistance, carries risk especially if usage guidelines are not strictly followed.

We value honest feedback, but we also encourage customers to take time to understand both manufacturer limitations and warranty terms before leaving reviews that could mislead others.
