I had a great experience with Phonesrefurb! The phone arrived quickly and looked almost brand new. Everything works perfectly - very happy with my purchase.

Terrible, I received my OnePlus 13 but was a Chinese phone flashed with Global ROM which can only be updated manually by unlocking by the bootloader and flash which risks bricking the device. When asked, they denied it and said I was sent a global ROM OnePlus 13 which is simply not true. On their website, it never said it was Chinese ROM it said Global. Luckily, my bank stepped in and refunded the money through dispute... Still they tell me to cancel the dispute, when asked can I return the item they refuse and accuse me of fraud... REALLY DODGY COMPANY, STAY AWAY!

UPDATE (18 Feb): They opened a money claim against me, after mediation they offered for me to finally return the item as they were ordered by the court. I would still say don't buy from them as many others have had similar experiences recieving the wrong item.

Re-Posting my review from September as the first one got removed for some reason. Under no circumstances should you give your money to this SCAM company. I payed £529 on 25th July 2025 for a Oneplus 13 phone. At the time of ordering it said i would receive the phone by August 2nd. Two weeks went by and no contact from the company and no phone was delivered. So emailed them and said i wanted to cancel the order as two weeks is too long to wait. So when you cancel the order they want you to fill out a pdf return form with your bank details on it, which is strange for a start. So did this and got a reply saying she had received the form and the refund would take 7-14 days to show in my account and 21 days at the latest. I waited 14 days and no refund, so emailed them and they said the refund can take 21 days, so waited a further week, and still no refund. And during this time i was emailing them and they kept feeding me complete rubbish in the emails. So after 29 days i put a dispute in with my bank to get the money back. When i contacted them again to ask where the was the refund, they wanted me to cancel the dispute with my bank and then give him proof i had done so, and then stated he would start the return refund process again which would take 3 weeks. Then he tries to tell you that you will wait 180 days for the bank to refund your money, which is more lies as i was refunded by my bank in a week. Also the phone number they give on the website does not work and has not worked for months, so there is a red flag for a start. All i can say is they are scammers as they had my money from 25th of july up until a few days after september 8th and provided no phone and did not refund me the money. Please people DO NOT buy from this company as you wont get what you paid for and then they wont refund you.

I ordered what was advertised as a brand new UK OnePlus 13, but the one they sent was used and turned out to be a Chinese version. The box had already been opened, and they denied it despite photos.

When I contacted them about it, they argued instead of admitting the mistake. After several messages, they eventually agreed that I could return the phone. I sent it back with tracking, and it was confirmed delivered. Despite that, I still haven’t received a refund.

The whole process has been frustrating and time-consuming. They’ve been unhelpful and unreliable throughout. Do not trust!

I ordered a Galaxy Tab and it’s perfect. Huge screen, smooth pen response, quick system performance, and very easy setup. For work and entertainment, it’s exactly what I needed.

Disgusting company - please do not use. Consumer rights don't exist for phonesrefurb.

I had no doubt I would receive the order, professional and accurate support.

Terrible company. They claim phones are in full working order but then when you use them there are multiple issues like speaker not working or phone just turning off completely out of the blue. No doubt the devices have bred poorly repaired with parts uncertified by Apple. This business shouldn’t be allowed to operate in the UK. They claim to have a phone number but you can’t even contact it from a UK phone even with the correct dialling code. Thank god for companies like Trustpilot for shedding light on such poor practices.

Very dodgy practices. I bought a Oneplus 13 from this company which in fairness is in full working order and the spec is as described. My issue is the way this company behaves. they say on the website its a global version of the phone. It isn't, its a chinese phone that has been flashed with a Global Rom. this means you can't update the phone unless you are confident with manual flashing and you would likely need to root the phone causing real difficulty with banking apps etc. I tried to call the phone number listed on the website, which doesn't exist (again dodgy). they did reply via email, when i pointed out that i wasn't happy with the lies on the product description they said it is accurate. I then left a review on the their website to try and warn others which they again said the product description is correct. the same day suddenly 3 other reviews, (which I would say are very very likely to be fake) popped up to push the rating back up to over 4 stars. Again, in order to be balanced, from my experience some of the other reviews are harsh, my tracking etc was great, the phone arrived on time, its spec is as listed, they are just doing some dodgy practices that i think people need to be wary of. fake reviews almost definitely and chinese phones being pushed as global with 4 years of updates you simply won't get unless you know how to root a phone and can manually install via flashing etc.

I am having the worst experience with this company. I still haven’t received my refund. The phone number advertised doesn’t work and they take ages to get back to you. It’s been nearly a month since I requested a refund (phone wasn’t even sent out) and I’m still waiting. It’s a joke. Not even getting my full refund, as they charge 10% restock charge on the website!!! I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered the phone on the 15th of September
and it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, but arrive it did and it looks great. I am well pleased with it.

Bought the galaxy zflip 7 from here, delivery took only 5days, it was supposedly in pristine condition but I was informed it would arrive as brand new and it did. Sealed in the box, delivery was by ups.

Phone delivery was a little delayed as I was in the garden when he called and he had gone when I got to the door but delivery the following day was good . The phone seems in excellent order looks and feels like new.

DO NOT USE.
Still waiting for refund. Been over 3 weeks.

Had to report to credit card company to get money back.

Promised by Tuesday now not replying.

Do not trust.
