I can’t recommend Phonely highly enough. Their service is excellent — but what really sets them apart is their customer support, which is genuinely second to none. A huge thank you to Zoe King fo... See more

Have needed technical support, reason for issues were highlighted and because of limitations at my end Phonely were able to assist with a price adjustment. Chat web worked well.

Customer service amazing from start to finish
Landline number transferred to Phonely on the date scheduled. Any queries I called the customer service team, nothing was a problem.
Downloaded the app and now can make and receive calls on my mobile as well as my landline.
Would recommend Phonely to anyone wanting to change their landline provider.

Excellent. It works. And customer service is excellent. Minor problems were immediately sorted out

Setup was easy but once I'd connected everything, I was getting "number not recognised" trying to dial in. Spent a while on the chat to Katie explaining things and getting some photos of the connections. She tried a few things and after a few minutes things started working - not sure if things took time to sync up or something else. Anyway problem solved and I really like the dashboard which is easy to understand.

Been a Phonely customer for almost 2 years now and the service has been great with absolutely no issues.
No nuisance callers just a great service, I would give 5 stars, but I am frustrated Phonely don’t offer 3 way calling as well as some other VoIP services which I previously had with Vonage.

Since asking to port over to Phonely we are still waiting since the 30th April. Stated max of 14 days. Also as of today apparently service is suspended. unable to make any calls. Offices are only open Monday until Friday. its a saturday. So far not a good or reliable service in any shape or form.

I signed up with Phonely mainly due to the fact they could port over my old landline number when I wished to stay with my internet provider who sadly no longer provided a landline/ VOIP.
I paid the annual cost to get the free adapter.
Since becoming a Phonely customer at the end of January till the end of April my phone service has been extremely poor.....despite contacting Phonely by chatbot, email and phone my service has remained extremely poor! I've been told its my internet providers fault,I've done latency and jitter tests etc etc Whilst the folk I've spoken too, contacted etc have been pleasant to put it bluntly they've been bloody useless!!
That is until I got some one called Katie at the end of April. Katie was able to diagnose my problem ( no waffle) knew exactly what the acronym meant that id been quoted ( some had no idea what the letters meant they'd quoted to me) was the problem Katie provided tha answers and rectified the problem Its a shame I dont know her surname as after 3 months of hassle she was able to correct it within a fairly short phone call. She should be commended. I think your call staff require further technical training.
On a positive note thank you Katie

I have been putting in numbers from my phone that had called me on phonely & had left a comment on phonely about an unknown number & had left a comment on it too.
Now everytime i put a different number that had called me in on google to search for the different number the new number pops up sometimes with the comment on phoney that i had just left of the first different number to say i have jusr left of the second number i tried to find out from anyone who had the number how can this be.
Maybe phonely are scammers as of to use it to get customers too as of to pay for their services to track numbers & to give you any information about it on which might not be legitimate help too.
Would i pay for their services even though thw website looks good & legitimate too no i wouldn't as i had left one comment on one number only & as it said i had left a comment on a second number i was trying to find on google of it on there was something just wrong about it on which tells me the company is false & maybe the reviews are false too.
If in doubt you can do without it on so look for a better company to track calls on where they have called from even though they are a nuisance to find & a waste of time & precious energy to find them out for ourselves & sometimes with no results too. They will all get their comeuppance one day, so don't be like them too.
like many uk people i m very unhappy about loosing a phone line to the digital inferior voip system. our village has no mobile signal frequent power cuts in the winter and so going digital is loosing an emergency phone line.
i tried a well known competitor whose nAAme i wont mention, spent hours trying to get the service to work, spent hours trying to get them to stop charging me for calls that were not being made, took hours to try and cancel the "service" not to even mention the brisk and almost dismissive tech support.
so Phonely, by comparison was a delight, where my previous non voip provider couldn't configure the box and ended up blaming starlink Phonely confirmed it would be fine, and immediate connection no problem.
do i want voip no, do i think phonely are a good provider, it very much seems so thus far.

Answering machine service has never worked, and I have well over 100 messages over the past several months that I am unable to listen too.
I am aware that this has cost me business, and I am also aware that Phonely have done nothing to rectify the problem.
So paying for a service I am not getting, lost business, and a company that has no explanation for the constant issues regarding their, I will assume cloud based answering phone services.
It has never worked, it is annoying me, and I will need to find another provider altogether, one where I am receiving the messages, and not losing business.
Phonely, there is no need to reply to this review, I will not listen to you, and you have not dealt with the problem since I first brought it up with you about 7-8 months ago.
Personally, I should just sue you, because the lost business is substantial, just from lost messages that I have never been able to pick up. This to some companies will look like they are being ignored.
Thanks Phonely. An overwhelming positive amount of reviews, TrustPilot has advised, regarding you.
I am astonished that you have such an "Overwhelming" amount of positive reviews, considering my experience with your glitches, costly ones too.
Do not respond here, because I am unable to respond. If you are allowed to respond, then the individual leaving the review about you, should also be able to reply to your comment. So do not bother, you cannot convince me. UK business in general is not very convincing and will take your money and run.
That is the impression I get from UK business in this era.
Very easy to deal with . Laura has communicated with me and helped me at every step . 1st class company with 5* staff . A company is only as good as it’s staff
I have changed my mother from the worst company I have ever dealt with ( talk talk ) to what appears to be the best ( phonely )
Well done

from my initial enquiry to yesterday's completion. I have been treated with frienliness and profesionalism. I have had elongated conversations with Mark and Shaun. Both are assets to the company and indeed to themselves. Following their guidance I have signed up with Phonely.

I was not aware until today when we switched to Virgin Media FTTP , that it was possible to keep our normal handsets / Answering machine AND our telephone number .
Thank you PHONELY , for offering such a great service .
Katie dealt with my online chat , and after I asked her , she kindly took care of our order for us .
Katie explained everything to me and was patient whilst I looked on line at the different options offered .

Had a problem making outgoing calls, contacted support by mobile phone, call was answered within 2 minutes by Laura, who recommended power down and reconnect, which resolved the problem. Meanwhile Laura had connected my landline to a different server, all now working. Very good and efficient service!
