I recommend!
I went to sell 2 phones to PhoneHero in Gothenburg and all went very quick and professional. For the first one they said they will not be able to buy it as there were pixel burns on the screen (which I also realized when they mentioned) but for the second one, they gave exactly the price I was expecting after checking their website, so they evaluated the condition of the phone in a fair way.
At the end I was happy with the outcome and would definitely choose them again in the future for both buying and selling phones.

Totally deceitful
I have booked the prices for 11 devices which is 10536 per device. I got them from Samsung via students discount. Phonehero.se sent me email that we can get just two tablets per person. But they have option to select multiple. After getting email they lowered the price to 7380.
If im wrong then check my booking numbers below.

When several high-value orders for the same model are created within a short period, we are required to act carefully. As a licensed trader of used electronics, we must follow strict rules to prevent money laundering and other types of fraud. These regulations are part of our permit to operate — if we don’t comply, our license could be revoked.
But beyond the legal aspect, this is also a moral principle for us. We do not want to support activities that could involve fraud, reselling through improper channels, or other behavior that goes against our ethical standards.
For this reason, we sometimes have to limit the number of identical devices we can purchase from a single person and adjust our prices accordingly when we detect unusual order activity.
We are continuously working on making our processes clearer on the website so similar misunderstandings can be avoided in the future.

Transparent process from start to end
Transparent process from start to end. Once evaluation of phone is done online they give you the best price and once the item is received by them the payment is done within a day.
As the company is in Sweden the transportation time takes a little long but Phone hero was fast in their process. Was skeptical about the online process but can trust them 100%

Even tried to get better price on my iPhone 15 Pro Max on Tradera auction, but didn’t reach more than the price i got by 500-1000 kr.

False Promise of Insurance – System Glitch, Customer Punished
I bought a phone from here because they have the possibility to add an insurance, which I did. A couple days later I notice no insurance was added, even though I am 100% sure I added it. When I contact them they say "the technical solution does not exist in our system", so basically something went wrong in their system and now I can't have insurance because of that (which was the whole reason I chose PhoneHero to begin with!).

We’ve carefully checked your order history, and unfortunately there is no indication in our system that an insurance was selected during checkout. If it had been added, it would have been clearly visible on both your order confirmation and in our internal system.
According to the insurance terms, the coverage can only be purchased at the same time as the phone, and it is not possible for us to activate it afterwards. For this reason we unfortunately cannot add the insurance to your order retroactively.
We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we will continue to work on making our checkout process as clear as possible so that such misunderstandings can be avoided in the future.

Because of an amazing experience I had with PhoneHero, I am compelled to write my first review for someone on TrustPilot.
Great experience, would definitely recommend. Not a scam.
Their price is usually higher than any other site and if phone matches the stated condition, it’s what you get. No if’s , No buts.
I tried selling my old iPhone (A++ condition) here in NL, but did not get any good offers, that could even match PhoneHero.
At first, was skeptical to send my phone outside of NL, but took chance and I must say, pleasantly impressed by them.
DHL delivered 3rd day to them, 2 days for the confirmation invoice, and 2 days later money was in my NL account.
Overall. Amazing experience
