Inocent is the best

Changed battery on iphone and got much worse result and they think its completely normal. Dont go here, go to a legitimate iphone repair store instead, it aint worth it

I asked clearly if it was a real Apple battery and they said yes. And now I have to pay double price as it wasn’t cheap either. I don’t recommend and trust what they say!

Do not use this company, they swapped my battery and broke the charge port then told me to go to one of their other places 30km away and they didn't have the charge port, so they sold me a wireless charger and ordered the charge port, the wireless charger didn't charge my phone because when I had it inspected by another company they told me that whoever swapped the battery damaged something on the main board and now the phone was scrap because it would cost the same to replace the board as the phone costs, went back to ask for a refund and was told that the phone shop I had gone to doesn't know what he was talking about, contacted head office after this and got told that it's not their problem, so I lost 2400:-
They don't know what they are doing.

Phone quality is complete rubbish , bought what was meant to be a new standard phone , battery dies on 20 percent , the phone screen itself keeps popping out , both cameras stopped working and had to be replaced. Nothing but hassle , terrible repairs and horrible quality phones. Avoid at all costs.

Visited the store at Väla, Helsingborg to get the broken glass on my iPad replaced.
According to the webpage they take 30-60 minutes to replace the glass. I was told that they could not fix it until the day after and they would message me when it was ready. The next day I never received any message that it was ready, so decided to call them around 16:00 in the afternoon to check. I was told they had been too busy but would fix it during the evening and then message me. I waited until 19:00 without getting any message, so I called again. This time I was told that they were missing a part but it would come the next day and they would again message me when it was ready. Luckily on the third day, the managed to resolve my issue.
Although I pointed out all this them they couldn’t compensate me on any way.

This is a complete joke of a company that has no idea what customer service is!
I can’t recommend anyone to go here.

I paid 990 SEK for a battery change yesterday but feel no difference from my old battery.
The staff at the shop were very nice but I feel disappointed with what I got in return. If I knew it I would not have changed batteries.

Scammers! purchased a "refurbished" phone in Gothenburg. Never again!

No response or mail after i gave my phone for repair.. fix my phone should call or send message.. went shop but no person present..i have no idea how to contact these people for my phone.. fix my phone brunsparken Gothenburg

Put a iPhone in there a few months ago for new screen and wiped the phone of every thing.

I ordered a package to turn in my iPad. When the package arrived I did not have the opportunity to get the package. I was out of my town due to personal reasons. There was no way I could get the package. A few weeks later I received an invoice on 400sek. This information was no where to be seen when ordering. I tried emailing fixmyiphone and telling them that I was sorry but I didn’t have the chance to get the package in time. The answer I got was short and very unhelpful basically blaming me, telling me to pay.
So since fixmyiphone fails to inform you this, think twice before ordering.

I came from France to visit Sweden and I broke my phone then I went to fix my phone in väla Helsingborg there were a guy called Marcelino he was so helpful he fixed my phone in just 2 hours and now on solved .

I purchased the PSP model which had some cosmetic issues and they were happy to take it back and swap it for another model. The game system itself is amazing, pure nostalgia. Could happily recommend them to everyone, very accommodating and just a great experience all round

Came here with a very tricky screen protector which I couldn’t apply on my own, but Abbe was really helpful and took a lot of time and effort to help me apply it on my phone. The customer service was on absolute top and I will be glad to come back here in case on any other issues with my devices!

I went to fix my phone in Allum, Partille to get my screen changed. After about a month my screen started showing different colored lines and I later noticed that the screen was not properly attached.

Cannot recommend this centre enough. Very helpful and efficient
