I know we have been speaking via email, but I am not sure if you received my last message. The order is currently at the depot awaiting delivery, and after checking it, the address you entered when placing the order is incomplete, which is why Royal Mail has been unable to deliver it.

Happy with his blue and yellow phone case
I bought the Ukrainian phone case as a Christmas present for my husband and he couldn’t be happier. He keeps his driving licence, money cards and travel card inside it. Unlike previous phone cases, this one is hard-wearing and slots into his jacket pocket easily. Being of Ukrainian heritage, the added bonus is the blue and yellow flag which attracts a lot of positive attention. This phone case has outlasted all previous ones, so is highly recommended.

Beautiful front cover, but….
The front of the case is beautiful - exactly as advertised.
It fastens back-to-front from what I’ve been used to which is inconvenient.
And it only has two card pockets.
It also several weeks to arrive
So happy with the pattern but everything else not totally ideal

Sorry to hear you were not happy with it. I’ve just checked your order and you placed it on the Friday night, so it was sent out on Monday afternoon and arrived that same week.
All orders are aimed to arrive within 2 to 3 working days. As your order was placed on a Friday evening, it could not go out until Monday.
If you are not happy with it though, would you like instructions on how to return it?
