********** SCAM Company, criminal organisation ********* DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!

I purchased an item from them in July. It still needs to be delivered. Contacting them multiple times does not work, they will not reply.

The form they use to ask them questions has not the ability to copy the text you want to send them as proof. If you want to do this make a screen shot.

How they work is that all their products are below the limit you can ask the credit card company to get your money back (around £ 100).

I also complaint to Shopify, the product they use for their online store. Shopify regrets having those clients, was very friendly and responsive, but was not able to do anything.

It is a company run out of China (Hong Kong area).

I have purchased a product from phonebibi more than a month ago payment was made through paypal to this date i have not received anything. Numerous attempts have been made to contact phonebibi get an auto response all the time saying its out off bussiness hours and they will get back to me but gues what nothing happens.
Pathetic service and i really dont no if they do exist.

My order never showed up.
I have tried to email them twice but never got an answer.

My advice!! Don't waste your money on this company :(

Bank looking to see if Credit Card can deny any transactions coming form their site.

They are using a shop e-commerce package called shopify. Contact shopify "support at shopify dot com" and complain that a scam site is using their solution. If enough people complain they may shut them down.

Do you buy from this company. I ordered two products on 9/14/17 and got a tracking number but could not get tracking on the items. I emailed company for status and got response saying the order was on its way and to give it a few more days to receive. Two weeks later I have not received them. I tried emailing again and no responds on two occasions. I contact my credit card company to dispute since I did not received and on 10/16/17 I got my charges reversed. I will not ever buy from this company.

Don't use, buy or even entertain their fake advertising practice. They sell or post for sale items which are not available after you pay for them!!!!! During the sale they offer discounts and fake other fraudulent phony statement of excellence. in the meantime, they 'screwed you' me, and everyone else they can CON into the products. Which incidentally are unique, price fairly but don't exist... so, what a game...
Don't waste your time, fortunately I used PayPal who don't and won't let them get away with it... I filed a claim, of course BiBi never followed up just put it on stall, but never concluded... I did receive my money back from the PayPal and, for that I'll trust and use PayPal for any purchase who accept their service... THank you PayPal... Screw you too, BiBi... You'll get yours somehow, ....

I bought and paid for an item order number:750355 on the 10 april 2017
advised processing time 2-3 days etc On May 5 I was finally given a processing number 72123391143. Advised shipping takes 30-60 days ! Chased on 1st and 24 August. Still nothing received. Also obtained no response. The only response given was my request (197454) HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND WILL BE REVIEWED SOON. Conclusion a totally dispicable and un trustworthy company stealing money. Or does anyone have a better conclusion?

I did receive item but there where no batteries and no indication of what size or anything . Item not worth money very cheap looking

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve bought and paid for an item 4 months ago that I never received. I’ve been stolen from. I’ve contacted them via their email/customer service page twice. No response.

Two orders, on the 12 & 31 August 2017, payment confirmed and no items received. They sent an email to tell me the first order was shipped on the 7 September, wonder where that was sent! I have contacted the company twice and the response is an automated reply:
"Thank you for contacting Phonebibi!
Your request (******) has been received and will be reviewed by our support staff soon.
Please be advised that since you have reached us outside our business hours, we may not be able to get back to you immediately but rest assured that we will reply as soon as we can as your email is very important to us.

I also ordered a sticky pad AND paid for it over two months ago AND have never received the product!! I'm beginning to think that this company is a SCAM

I ordered two sticky pads and not received any. My credit card was charged on 9/11/17, and emailed them on 10/1/17. I have had no response. I will be posting to Facebook and also calling my credit card. It will probably get resolved, but I should not have to do all this just to correct their fraudulent business practices.

Do not buy from them.

I order 5 sticky pads and they sent 1. I've sent 8 emails requesting information, the remainder of my order, or a refund, and there has been NO response other than the automatic Zendesk response. They are thieves. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Who else can we report them to to shut them down?

You have not answered about 1/2 dozen of my emails concerning your pocket guitar. Basically, I feel you are corrupt. You are leaving me very few choices in terms of contacting the postal authorities concerning your negative responses

Scam, scam, scam...ordered a folding cam drone they had advertised on Facebook. It arrived and never flew. I contacted Paypal and they received a message from the company saying "after careful review" I deserved a refund of my $62.00, but all I had to do was to return the product.....wait for it.....to China with a tracking number......lol...which UPS gave me a cost of over $100 and another place $70....

I bought a sticky gell pad and they billed me , gave me a bogus tracking # and a fake order #. They don't have a phone # so you can only do things on line , and they don't respond back. They are a scam so you will loose your money/

Bought one of their foldable drones and it doesn.t fly where directed; customer service is terrible. Would never buy another product from this outfit again. I can only imagine how unsatisfied one could be with other unsat products.

Do not order anything from this company. I placed an order on the 12th August for a mobile phone accessory and still haven't received it. I've emailed the company on numerous occasions but no response. Very happy to take your money but no delivery of goods - thieving scumbags!!

I made a purchase from this company, after two months it hadn't arrived. I tried to contact them on several occasions and received no response, it wasn't until I complained via paypal to get my money back did the product arrive.
The packaging was destroyed and completely unfit to be given as a gift.

Ordered a Magic toy Truck on the 19th August 2017 paid by pay pal the same day. It is now 8th of October and i still do not have it. l have sent 4-5 email to the company and have still not heard a thing. No email to say they will look into it no feed back watch so ever. l would not buy any product from them again and l shall tell all my friends the same thing. l have lost $28. l am a pensioner and l can't afford to loose this much. My little grandson also misses out he didn't get his birthday present. so thumbs down from me.
