Product does not work.

Purchased a toy that doesn't work. They do not respond to emails or requests even though they send an automatic reply saying they will. I have emailed many times. They say they guarantee but they don't. Lost money!! Would never purchase from them again. I want to return the item and get my money back!@

I ordered a product 5 weeks ago

I ordered a product 5 weeks ago. Phonebibib was able to immediately debit my account. I received an email stating the product would be mailed within 48 hours. After waiting for it for two weeks I sent a message to "customer service" who said my message would be reviewed by customer support. After no response for 2 more weeks I emailed that if I didn't receive a refund or my order within another week I would be forced to warn others to avoid using this company. I only wish I read the reviews before I fell for their obvious scam.

The product I received is not as …

The product I received is not as advertised. The day I received the selfie-drone, it was:

1. Not responding correctly to the controls as per their said App Exploration UFO
2. It's impossible to recharge the battery as the only way to disconnect it from its charging port will break the port
3. The video and photo quality was definitely not HD. They put an HD label but we all know the quality of HD and that's not what came with it.

Right away on the day of receiving it I filed a request for refund with Phonebibi. They responded to my complaint within 19 days and informed me to send the product back to their company in China so that I can get a refund 2 weeks after the product arrives at the address.

I sent the selfie-drone back to the said address and received confirmation from my courier (Australia Post) that it was delivered and received at the address.

I informed the customer support agent attending to me about it and sent them proof of the delivery receipt and requested if my refund has been processed. All the customer agent told me is that the item was not received.

I'm patient and did a follow-up request after 2 weeks. The customer agent did not respond to me anymore.

I sent a separate complaint/reminder after another 2 weeks and still did not get a reply.

Again, I emailed a separate complaint/reminder after another 2 weeks and still did not get a reply.

It's been 2 months since the selfie-drone arrived at the address I was told to return it to in order for me to receive a refund and to date no one at Phonebibi is replying to my refund request and no refund has been received.

What I think Phonebibi is doing is receiving payment for their products that are not as advertised, informing their customers to return them when the customer complains, they receive the product but do not admit to it, then they resend this product to a new buyer who does not know that what they are selling are not as advertised, and not providing any refunds to anybody. Basically they are rotating their botched up products to new victims and making money out of that. They're a big scam.

Avoid Phonebibi and save yourself.

BOUGHT ITEM AND WILL NEVER RECEIVE IT

Bought item, never receieved it. Emailed customer support for two weeks at different times and every time it comes back you have reached us outside our business hours we will reach you shortly. THEY WILL NEVER CONTACT YOU BACK NOR WILL THEY SEND YOU YOUR ITEM. IT IS FAKE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

Awful company

Ordered product, was not even close to the description. Emails back and forth until they got bored and stopped responding. Thankfully used PayPal so got a full refund. Do not use this company.

This company is a total scam. Ordered product, had money charged, never received a thing. I have bombarded them with e-mails thru their site and thru their e-mail server that confirmed my order and have not had a reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Parcel gone back and money lost!

Ordered, payed, and never recieved.
My order was shipped, the parcel tracking says "delivered at destination", but it never passed the customs or something, because after a while, ti was shipped back to Singapore!
No custom notice, nothing.
My parcel has gone back to Singapore! But guess what: My money stayed there...
Plenty of searches for contact, Swiss customs services, post offices, the shippment tracker AfterShip, the transporter SingPost and of course Phonebibi itself, for whom "my message is very imortant", but obviously not enough to generate an answer, an explanation, or at least a refund!
Nobody answers there!

Ordered my product in July

Ordered my product in July. What a scam. No tracking number supplied. No order number sent. When you go to the site, you can not activate your account (it wont let you enter your password). When you try to go to customer service contact page, it will not allow you to type in the problem, so there's really no way to contact them. Will wait another week and ask paypal to refund.

Ripp off company that doesn't answer …

Ripp off company that doesn't answer refund requests, they should be sued and shut down. Now I'm left with a product that didn't match the description and nowhere to ask for help, no way to get credit or a refund.

I will continue to spread the truth about this company.

Phonebibi HORRIBLE Business. SCAM artists. Take your money and don't deliver goods. OR respond to emails.

Phonebibi is a HORRIBLE, dreadful company! DON'T order anything from them. They are fraudulent and will not send your goods, or respond to emails, OR refund your money. NOTHING. They steal from you. Don't order anything. I placed two orders, one for the shopping bags and one order for magic trucks that follow a line you draw. Neither were shipped. They won't answer emails and I am out of 60 dollars. This company is the WORST ever. Anyone know how to get them reported and off the internet? Out of business? They advertise on Facebook and all over. Must be some way to put them out of business. Don't order anything from them!

Phonebibi customer service couldn't be worse!

I ordered two toy diggers, and upon receipt, I found only one of them worked. I contacted them twice via their online contact form, and they failed to respond with more than their automated "we'll get back to you". I have placed this charge in dispute with my credit card company.

I, as all of you have, ordered a product from this company that was never ever shipped , but they billed my credit card the day I ordered the product. I encourage ALL of you to call your credit card company and dispute the charge as I did. I got my money back !!! Phonebibi has to prove that they actually provided the product in the order for them not to be charged back, they obviously can't do that !! If you all do this, they will eventually be Bankrupt! Let's put them out of business !!!

Ordered item on 7/31

Ordered item on 7/31. Still have not received. Will not respond to emails. I have already decided I have lost my $20. However, their policy states that you cannot cancel order if item has been shipped. If you try to cancel they will then tell you the item has been shipped and you need to be patient. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am a single, retired person living on social security and my money doesn't go very far. What I ordered was a Christmas present for my grandson. These people are scammers and ripoff artists. Stay away from them.

Miracles DO happen.

Miracles DO happen.. I actually received my product today !!!! I placed my order on 7-28-2017 and never got any shipping confirmation emails at all. I had given up, and said goodbye to my $25...... today is 8-24, so that's about 4 weeks of business days. I still would not recommend this company, they really need to get their #@$% together....
